"New hotel with all the Marriott amenities as you would expect such as A full continental hot breakfast with multiple choices and gluten-free options, a friendly staff members, nice beds/pillows and very clean common areas and room. Only “complaints” are-I would consider the hotels Choice of decor, furniture, and room fixtures to Be outdated and because it is a Marriott brand with Marriott pricing the hotel should be updated. They do not use comforters on their bed. They use a thin blanket in between the sheet and the duvet cover.. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower was very difficult to pump And get any products out. The diverter to turn the shower on was not functioning, but staff was very quick to handle the issue. Overall, we had a nice stay."

"Easy to check in, good location plus free parking on the weekends. 4 stars for amenities because it’s so confusing to take elevator to the 5th floor and WiFi bit disconnect especially out of the range. Beautiful room view and definitely will book again with different room"

"The Inn at the River was the perfect place to stay. We stayed in the Willow Room, and it was comfortable, cozy, and the fireplace was a beautiful touch. The view of the river is beautiful. Walking the trails on the property was so peaceful you could hear the wind rustling the autumn leaves on the trees. Theodore and Norman (adorable pets) greeted us each time we came into the home - such a fun pair! Dan and Margaret are excellent hosts with great conversation, delicious and filling breakfasts, and great coffee. The Inn is in a quiet area yet close to many amenities. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Margaret and Dan for a relaxing stay."

"I was disappointed with my stay this time!!! There was a youth hockey team staying the same weekend while we were there and the kids were all running through the hotel (along with other kids who were not staying at the hotel) the noise level was ridiculous and it seemed that the staff couldn’t address the issues (I contacted the front desk 3 times the first night, and again the 2nd night! )Even after quiet hours of 10:00 pm the noise of slamming doors and running the hallways was awful. We shouldn’t have to pay for other people’s noise and others who are not paying and staying at the hotel’s use of the amenities (pool). 2 out of 3 nights were just loud!!!"

"We came into town for a celebration of life for our Grandfather. But couldn't even spend the evening in this hotel. There was mold all over the bathroom and our room was COVERED in ants. Given we brought our 5 month old son, we couldn't justify staying in the room for even a night. When checking out and speaking to the staff we weren't even offered a partial refund. We will be reporting the conditions experienced to the WI health department."
