"After much deliberation, I finally decided to take the Lenghu Mars Route. I scoured hotel reviews on Ctrip, comparing various options before settling on the Xingqiong Secret Realm Quality Hotel. And it proved to be the perfect choice! As a solo female driver planning a trip to Mars Highway 1 and Eboling, I told the owner about my itinerary after checking in. He was genuinely concerned about me driving alone into the Gobi Desert, and instead of just giving me a perfunctory answer, he earnestly helped me, repeatedly reminding me of driving precautions in the Gobi. Being so genuinely cared for while traveling alone gave me a huge sense of security and warmed my heart. The hotel's overall conditions far exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasant surprise to find such comprehensive and comfortable facilities in a small town in the vast Gobi Desert! The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, and had plenty of hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a buffet breakfast. All the staff were down-to-earth and enthusiastic, genuinely helpful, and readily available to assist with any needs. There was no sense of unfamiliarity at all. Finally, I successfully completed the Mars Highway 1 and explored Eboling, all safely and smoothly! I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Lenghu or a self-driving tour of the Gobi Desert. You can stay here with complete confidence; you won't regret it. I'll definitely choose Xingqiong Secret Realm again next time I'm in Lenghu!"

"This is supposedly the best hotel in Lenghu. The location is like a market, full of restaurants. The hotel facilities are decent, with 80 rooms. However, during my stay, the water pressure was low due to water plant maintenance, the shower water wasn't hot enough, and the toilet was difficult to flush. A major red flag is the hotel's toothbrush supplier; they reuse toothbrushes. When I opened a pack, the toothpaste tubes had the ends cut off, and the tubes were dried and hard – it was disgusting."

"In a place where there is no man's land for 300km, there is such a hotel with complete facilities. It is really complete. Although it just opened this year, there are few options in Cold Lake Town. I still chose this hotel that seemed to have big rooms and new toilets. This hotel is really big with two buildings connected together. There is a large parking lot, and parking is available behind the hotel. And all the parking spaces are full! It's great that there are free washing machines in the hotel. I hope to have the opportunity to visit Lenghu Town again. The smell was not very big in the room. Breakfast needs to be paid for at your own expense and is an a la carte system. There is also a supermarket in the hotel which is very convenient. The water temperature is also very stable and hot. The bedding is also quite clean. very nice. Exceeded expectations."

My daughter is a junior in college; are we supposed to share a room? That same evening, after leaving Mangya, we booked the Vienna Hotel through Ctrip in Minfeng County. We presented our IDs, and the receptionist said there were two double rooms. I asked how she knew without checking the computer, and she said she received the information a long time ago. It's a simple job, but it depends on how attentive you are!"
