"The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help, especially manager Sarah who speaks perfect English, which is not often in Myanmar, she did help us a lot during our stay. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The problems were quickly eliminated: our room faced the swimming pool where people were smoking and the smoke went to the room. Next morning we moved to another room. I did not see any insects in the hotel. The only inconvenience is the cards - they have to be used in the elevator, so if you left without the card - you'll have to wait for someone to help you."

"Absolute worst service ever. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves while the security guards literally ignored us. No one helped us with parking either, even though staff were standing right there. When checking out, they didn’t even bother to help with the bags left in our room and just pretended not to notice. Terrible management and useless staff. 0/10 stars!"
