"Ease hotel is a fantastic hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately I aggravated an old injury so we spent most of our time in the hotel and I can’t think of a better place to rest and recuperate. The room is a good size, well appointed and we never felt cramped or caged. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the food at the roof top bar was very good. The pool looked amazing but I didn’t take advantage of it but definitely will next time we are here…. We will certainly be returning! The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. I thought the people in Thailand and Vietnam were friendly but the people here in Myanmar take friendliness up a level. Location seems to be very good, handy to the palace and several important pagodas but I might have to leave my comments on the location to the next time we are here when I can get out and explore this amazing city."

"In a country like this, only three things are expected from a hotel with these characteristics: hygiene, Wi-Fi and air conditioning (it was 40 degrees), but the hotel does NOT provide the service we paid for. It is clear that the standards in this country are VERY different from Western ones, but even so, they do not provide the service they offer. The cleaning is a bit fair, especially in the bathroom and the wi-fi does NOT work and it is not because of the continuous power cuts, it is because the contracted power is insufficient. We notified the reception of the problem and they went up to the room with a signal amplifier that also did not work, so we could not use the internet. As for the staff, it is difficult to communicate with them because they hardly speak English and if they do speak their accent is so bad that you can't even understand them, yes, as a positive point they smile a lot and are VERY helpful, however in a hotel you can't pay for smiles, pay for services offered. I would never recommend this hotel."

"The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help, especially manager Sarah who speaks perfect English, which is not often in Myanmar, she did help us a lot during our stay. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The problems were quickly eliminated: our room faced the swimming pool where people were smoking and the smoke went to the room. Next morning we moved to another room. I did not see any insects in the hotel. The only inconvenience is the cards - they have to be used in the elevator, so if you left without the card - you'll have to wait for someone to help you."

"I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience."
