"The receptionist is the most kind and doing her job perfectly out of all the hotel I have stayed in Manchester. The room was made me disappointed when I was enter as I don't know who the hell design hotel room like this, it has weird smell in the hallway as well. But after staying one night, the amenities was enough and convenient, pillow and bed is comfy and soft. But you will have to pay to get coffe or tea bag, what a shame but overall it was a good stay."

"Friendly helpful staff (Faith), had a situation with the wifi voucher but that was quickly resolved (my error). Hotel closes around 11pm but you can use your key card to gain entry. Rooms are basic but have all you need for a night stay. Tea/coffee facilties in the room, hair and body wash in the bathroom and plenty of towels. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and staff were friendly when asking for top ups (Joy) wouldn't hesitate to rebook there again"

"Attending an annual conference in the UK, I found the hotel incredibly convenient, being just a two-minute walk to the convention center. I'd say this is the best hotel in Manchester; both the facilities and service were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar also offered a great atmosphere. It's my top choice for business travel. The only minor downside was that the curtains didn't close tightly enough."

"En fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på Manchester Victoria Station, masser af barer, klubber og niche-shopping. Var her til en musikkoncert i den anden ende af byen, men Uber dertil og tilbage var meget nemt. Hotellets personale var utroligt venlige og sjove, og morgenmaden var omfattende og havde et godt udvalg af det meste. Det er et rent og overraskende roligt hotel, da det ligger lige på en meget travl hovedvej. Det er et budgethotel, så ikke for mange dikkedarer. Intet køleskab eller strygejern, men alt fungerede rigtig godt. God seng og et godt brusebad, og for mig er det den vigtigste salgsfaktor ved et hotelværelse."

"Det var min første ophold i en Yotel, og det var ikke skuffende.Checken i gang var super hurtig.Hvad jeg elskede om opholdet var, at i slutningen af hver etage havde de en kaffemaskine langs varmt/kølet vand gratis. De har også mælk i køleskabet (ingen alternativer desværre). Beliggenheden er god, lige i hjertet af deansgate kun ca 8-10 minutters gang til togstationen og omkring 15 minutter til Oxford Road eller Piccadilly. Hotellet har fordele af en bar/restaurant, der synes populært, jeg fik ikke chancen for at prøve.Værelset var komfortabelt og internet hastighed godt. Jeg ville helt sikkert blive her igen."
