"This hotel's staff needs training in hospitality. The managers aren't professional. One of the front desk staff admitted that she didn't receive my suitcase damaged when she took it to store it when I arrived. I complained to Sophie the Guest Servjce Manager, who then asked if I had a photo of before I arrived. I said no , you have security cameras check those. Sophie said she can't access the footage and thst the luggage storage ticket that I received hS a disclaimer that the hotel is not responsible for any damage done to to the luggage while in storage. I immediately asked to speak to her manager, Jade, who was rude and unpleasant who merely echoed what Sophie said. I told both that disclaimer is unfair to us guests and they needed to replace or compensate or offer something to their guest that their employee has damaged their property. On day 3 i spoke to Mr.Afam, another Guest Service Manager where I requested that he get his superior to look at the camera footage and email me a copy. The way that was handled was suspicious since they claimed that the light (in the well light lobby) was poor and quality of the footage they can't tell if there was damage. I didn't receive and photos or video clips to see for myself. In summary, the hotel doesn't take accountability if the staff damages the guests' property. Management is very unscrupulous. In addition the carpet on the first floor immediately in front of the elevator and in the room i atayed, is full of stains, needs replacing. The headboard and sofa in the room needs replacing...its dated and dirty. Also, someone will enter your room, not to clean, while not there despite you may communicate nit to enter. The breakfast is the same everyday and is mediocre in quality. The location was rhe best thing about this hotel. I would recommend that you stay elsewhere."

"The hotel is located right inside the terminal building. We spent the day exploring the city, then took a 20-minute train ride from the city at night, arriving directly at the hotel. It was much more convenient than taking a taxi. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy, with a large bed and a sofa bed, easily accommodating three adults. The soundproofing was excellent, making our morning flight the next day very relaxed. The English breakfast had all the usual offerings, and the hash browns were delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a pleasant surprise, sweet and tangy. Check-out was self-service; we just dropped the key card into a mailbox in the lobby, then headed to T2, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. Extremely convenient."

"The room was very spacious, with a large bed and a sofa bed separated by a wall, creating two distinct areas. It had large floor-to-ceiling windows, directly facing a beautiful church building across the road. The bathroom was also very roomy, with both a shower and a bathtub, each in its own independent space. The bathroom also had a heated towel rail, which was very convenient for drying clothes overnight. Breakfast was quite extensive, offering various breads, fried eggs, roasted tomatoes, green salads, and drinks like different coffees, juices, and hot milk. It was a full English breakfast, and staff would assign you a table. I even forgot to take photos!"

Det er et rent og overraskende roligt hotel, da det ligger lige på en meget travl hovedvej. Det er et budgethotel, så ikke for mange dikkedarer.
