"Honestly I expected more from this hotel. While the rooms were nice and the location is great, I had much better service at the Real Intercontinental across the street. We booked two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms had an air-conditioner issue and it was not till 11PM when they were finally moved to a different room. Unfortunately, it was a different floor. When I asked to be moved closer to my family, I was told I needed to pay the difference. I would understand if there was some room upgrade involved but other than having different cosmetics and a few more outlets in the room, the two rooms were exactly the same. It really made no sense. My one request when making my reservation was to ask that our family stay together. This Hilton was unable to honor that request even once, not before the air-conditioning issue or after. The room, my sister and I were relegated to stay in had its own AC problems, with the temperature next dropping lower than 23° C. Additionally, our room was not cleaned. The was visible signs or dirt still on the carpet and our sheets had a strange smell to them. I honestly would not go to this hotel again."

"Tjenesten q jeg fik var dårlige først q nd da jeg ankom jeg havde allerede bestilt en dag passer med adgang til pool og brug af lejlighed og ikke ønskede at give mig lejligheden måde q kom til personale var dårlig på en måde, de ikke ønskede at tage sig af en anden detaljer som den slags bidder, der i slutningen af kontoen bad mig om at lave prisnedsættelse på den allerede forbrugerpris Q var 1230 også tilføjede jeg havde lavet en post til modtagelsen af en kage og forhandleren sendte mig en Besked q personalet havde modtaget det dårligt sandheden en anden detalje, at tilføje var den måde, hans opførsel q var ikke så venlig at sige det sådan, og til sidst var jeg ikke gået endnu, og betjent ville allerede lukke min konto uden mig åbn anmodning"

"Very nice little hotel in a safe quiet area. Comfortable and clean. Lovely outdoor seating area with breeze. Great value. Very nice breakfast with excellent coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Manager speaks English. Down side is no restaurant c at the hotel except for breakfast and due to the high security in the area streets are closed so you need a taxi to get to hotels only 5 mins away, but the hotel will call a good taxi for you."

"The room is large and clean in a small high location. There is no noise. The breakfast served by a kind Canadian owner to 々 is very satisfying with a wide variety and quantity. It was a comfortable stay like my own house because no one else was staying. I didn't use it, but there is also a pool. Since it is a residential area, there are only two restaurants around here several hundred meters away. It may be courageous to walk because there will be no traffic at night anyway during the day. If you have a car, it will be convenient because it is close to the shopping mall."
