Beskrivelsen var forkert: 1."Kun voksne" siger navnet, som faktisk ikke er overhovedet.Der var et par hændelser med nogle børn, der blev boende i Dionyssos ud over det grædende barn på vores gulv. 2.Trip.com undlod at overføre min anmodning med hensyn til udsigten, ifølge det første værelse, vi blev tilbudt, og hotellets manager.Værelset var uden udsigt, som du kan se i billedet. 3.Billeder!Af en eller anden grund indeholdt beskrivelsen eksternt billeder fra et andet hotel!Det blev først fundet ud efter check-in. 🤦🏼♀️ I virkeligheden er den lille pool ikke udelukket, hver passage af en fremmed kan observere dig, da se-gennem-skroget er den eneste adskillelse mellem dig og vejen ved siden af hotellet."

"Jeg og to venner havde en vidunderlig tid på dette hotel.Ejere og personale er alle ekstremt venlige og hjælpsomme.Hotellet selv er godt kigget efter og rent, og værelserne er en god størrelse og har balkon. Der er to søde swimmingpools med barer på hver.Baren er fantastisk og virkelig godt prissat.Frue var rig og mange af sort.God beliggenhed tæt på den gamle by og også strip. Der er små butikker nær for grundlæggende materiel og et stort supermarked lidt længere nede ad vejen.Jeg ville helt sikkert blive her igen."

"Holiday from hell , please read this review if you are staying here just to set the tone we were told ( if you even breath wrong you will get evicted ) Where do I start , first of all we arrived and they charged us 60 euros each , for a tourist tax and air-con and a safe , when we asked for an itemised bill they couldn’t come up with one so we have no idea what we were paying for. The rooms we advertised incorrectly we asked for a room for 3 and we got a double bed and a tiny bed best fit for a toddler, not only this when we arrived there were silverfish in our room and blood stains in my bed. There were no locks on the bathrooms either. Our air-con was completely useless and flooded all our room and got the suitcases soaking, all they did to fix this was put a towel down which did nothing , eventually they got around to fixing it on the 5th day of the holiday after telling us they would sort it straight away. The balcony’s are very small and for a 3 person room you could only fit two people at a push on the balcony Next up on this rant the staff and hospitality of this place is completely shocking no effort to make us welcome, everyone here was rude, except the woman behind the bar who was the only one who genuinely seemed to care . There was a 5 euro limit on the card machine which forced us to buy multiple drinks at once another scam in this hotel. Further a €10 charge was requested for wifi as ‘not everyone uses it anymore’ and that €10 was per device not person.(the wifi did not work) and when asked for a refund for the wifi it was slapped into my hand I felt so offended I offered to give it back and the woman said ‘if you breathe wrong you will be kicked out’ The day before we left we asked for an extended room stay till 5 o’clock on the day we leave they said it would be 40 euros for one room to which we agreed, in the morning they said it would be 45 euros so when we asked why it changed they said we were being rude and said we can’t have an extended check out at all further showing there hospitality skills We were only supplied with one towel each for the entire stay and were only given one toilet roll for each room Now onto the rules , 1 not allowed to be on the balcony past 11 which ruined are nights completely 2 even if you are staying in the same hotel your not allowed in your freinds rooms 3 not allowed to bring your own bottles of water to the pool area which makes you fall into the trap of the 5 euro card reader limit 4 not allowed to bring anyone back to the hotel"

"Struktur tæt på centrum, men meget stille. I det rene kompleks.. der er mulighed for at nyde poolen og baren. Meget veluddannet og venlig personale.. inviterede os til børnefødselsdag og tog os til sig som to af dem. Rengøring foretages hver anden dag, herunder håndklæder skifter, mens sengetøjet ændres en gang om ugen. Strukturen har en klovn som maskot kaldet Diego og er smuk og især god. Hvis jeg beslutter at komme tilbage til denne del af Kreta, vil jeg nok tage hende tilbage."

"Please read this before booking this hotel! To begin with, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool is spotless and pleasant to spend time in and around. The area around the restaurant and pool is also a big plus. However, the first thing you are met with at check-in is a tourist tax of €70 for a seven-night stay. This came as a surprise because it is a significant amount of money that could have been spent on many other things during the holiday. We then asked about pool towels and were told that they could be “rented” for €5 per person. The towels were very worn out and faded. They were not replaced or washed at any point during the week, which meant they became quite dirty by the end of our stay. All of the pool towels were different colours, brands and styles, and they clearly looked old and heavily used. Personally, I got the impression that they were towels left behind by previous guests and that the hotel now charges guests to use them. If the towels were considered dirty when returned, there was also an additional cleaning fee. For €5, I could have bought a brand-new towel in a local shop. At a four-star hotel, I expected pool towels to be provided as part of the service. There were many small things that, together, created the impression that the hotel is more focused on making money than providing good service. For example, at a four-star hotel I expect at least shampoo and conditioner to be available in the room. They do not have to be luxury products, but there should be something. There was nothing, so we had to buy our own. The minibar was also completely empty. And the WiFi didn’t really work so well up in the rooms, but it was ok in the poolarea. At the pool area, guests are not even allowed to bring their own bottled water if it was purchased outside the hotel. I understand not allowing outside food or snacks, but water should be an exception. The exact same bottle of water costs around €0.80 in a nearby shop but €3 at the hotel. In addition, you are not allowed to use the sun loungers that are placed in the water unless you buy something from the hotel bar. Again, this is another small thing that contributes to the feeling that the hotel is more profit-driven than guest-focused. At many other four-star hotels, for example in Turkey, I have never experienced anything like this. The biggest issue for us, however, was how incredibly noisy the rooms are. We stayed in a standard room and could hear our neighbours talking and showering. Every sound came through the walls. The hotel attracts many young guests who party at night and return late, which meant that we woke up several times every night because of noise from the corridors and nearby rooms. On top of that, the housekeeping staff started cleaning rooms and corridors at around 7:00–8:00 a.m., waking us up once again. We did not sleep through a single night during the entire week, which is very disappointing when you are trying to relax on holiday. The food"

"Great family hotel which is run by a big Greek family. Aristora and her sister Maria were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. We had the Greek breakfast in the hotel for 8 Euro, which consisted of watermelon, breads, eggs, cheese, cereal, meats, cakes, fruit, toast, jams, tea and coffee. The hotel is on the seafront and access to the beach made it a great location. Shops and bars within metres of the hotel. There were no sunbed wars here! Snack and food served throughout the day and a plentiful bar. The seaview rooms cost extra and next time we will be booking one of those."

Hotellet er smukt, ren og med smukke haver, lad fotos tale for sig selv.Beliggenhed er perfekt, ingen støj, selv om det er tæt på strip.Fredlig omkring poolen.Vi havde en smuk ophold i ugen, med Akis og familien, der gør os meget velkommen.Tak!"

"We have just returned from a fabulous week at Koni Village. We were a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. However, we've were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. On arrival we were met by a lovely, friendly, welcoming receptionist. Prior to arriving I had emailed the hotel requesting a low level room, due to my partners mobility issues. The hotel fulfilled this. We couldn't have wished for a more suitably located room just a few steps from everything. The room is a decent size for two. The staff work hard and the room was cleaned daily. The bed was super comfy. I don't understand the negative comments about the food. There is so much choice that there is always something nice to eat. The restaurant staff work tirelessly keeping the restaurant clean. They always have a smile for everyone. The pool is a great size. It is a bit cold when you first step in but you soon acclimatise and it was a welcome relief from the beautiful Cretan sunshine. There are many restaurants, tavernas, souvenir and craft shops just a 20 minute walk away. There is also a small shop on site with some essentials. This was our first time to Crete but definitely not our last and we will definitely return to Koni Village!"

"Perfekt hotel specielt for familie med små børn, stor have og palmer, minigolf, legepladser og aktiviteter til sport på pool, gym, underholdning.Mad er mange muligheder. Erfaret kret massage med fru Eleni var det meget godt, især for min rygsmerte. Fotografen Angy var super fantastisk, vi lavede familiefoto med hende også, vi er så glade for hendes fantastiske job.Restauranten nogle er meget venlige, især Maria. Hotel er enormt, vil jeg sige, det er som en resort, der er andre værelser på Bravo, som er meget pæne.Vi opholder os på værelset med strandudsigt terrasse var perfekt.Der er en lille søde kaffe servering traditionel creme kaffe var min favorit sted."

Made to feel welcome from the second we arrived, the team there are helpful, friendly and polite I picked originally kastro because of the location, which was great, right next to the beach, with nisos beach bar across the road. Still only a 5 minute walk from the main strip with all the bars and clubs. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean and given the price was more than expected, everything needed for a friends holiday The pool area was nice in the day, not the biggest but more than enough to cool off in the sun Overall really enjoyable stay with everything needed and showed really good value for the price "

"Me and 7 other of my friends have just got back from here and we will be back. The staff were inviting and attentive from our arrival, we do have to give a special thank you to our waitress and the cleaners. The facilities the hotel had to offer was amazing and what was even better is that it’s situated on the beach so we were able to make full use of this, and what made it better was the sun beds were included. The rooms were more modern than other hotels you’d usually find abroad and comfortably fit 4 to a room."
