"We visited in June/July 26. The staff are lovely but I'm not sure the hotel deserves it's star rating or it's Jet 2 rating. Our room was an executive apartment. It was said to have a fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioning and looked very good and and quite upmarket in the brochure. It was very tired looking and where we expected a bit of luxury it was very basic. The kitchen had a coffee maker and sink but was definitely not fully equipped as there was no other equipment to be able to do any cooking of any description not even a knife or fork etc. The air conditioning was only in the kitchen/living area and didn't cool the bedroom at all. The cleaning wasn't really cleaning - it was bed making and towel refresh. The Jet 2 brochure describes various health and fitness options including air-conditioned gym and various classes including Yoga and aqua aerobics but these simply didn't exist. The brochure also states the bar is open fora MINIMUM of 12 hours a day but it's actually open for a Maximum of 12 hours and closes completely at 10.30pm. As there are no real bars in Maleme your only option is to drink on your balcony or go to bed. The food was adequate but quite repetitive. If you didn't get foor your meal as the restaurant opened you were very limited to what you could have as a lot of things didn't appear to be replenished. The pool areas are very nice with lots of comfortable sunbeds. The hotel also has some not so comfortable sunbeds on the beach for €5 for 2 beds and a umbrella. As I said initially all the staff are friendly amd helpful which is why I'm giving the review 4 stars instead of 3. I know the hotel attracts a lot of repeat visitors and I think the staff are the main reason for this. Unfortunately not a hotel we would return to."

"The hotel, just steps from the sea, charmed us with its cozy vibe and exceptional service. From the very first minute, we felt welcomed and very comfortable. The reception girls were absolute stars!A huge thanks to them for making our stay so comfortable. The whole staff was lovely—always smiling, greeting everyone, and checking in on us 🫶. Rooms were spotless, with plenty of storage space. Daily housekeeping was available if needed. We adored the food and the lively chefs! Every day they whipped up culinary masterpieces, surprising guests with new delicious creations 🤩. Bonus perks: - Compact gym on-site - Car rentals (available at the hotel or nearby) - Bike rentals - Direct bus to Chania every 30 minutes (runs until late evening) If you're heading to Crete, this hotel is a fantastic pick for your stay on this stunning Greek island 😎."

"I loved this place. It was a 3 stop bus ride from our hotel (Sunny Suites) but well worth it. The service was impeccable (blond lady), very polite and efficient. The menu isn't what you would find in the big restaurants but was what I wanted at the time (fancied a burger), and that's the sort of stuff they do (think cafe food, omelettes, burgers, fries, salads, etc. Lovely bar and seating area with the cutest kitty you've ever seen. She was looking for a home for it at the time. The prices are good too-much cheaper than other places although the food is good quality and speedy service. I had dessert of cheesecake which was extra special. Seek this place out please as many don't seem to have heard of it."

"We were meticulous in choosing our hotel and read thousands of reviews. But this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and comfortable, just like home! Nektaria, the incredibly friendly and caring host, made us want to move in permanently :) Our trip with two children was a huge success, largely thanks to Nektaria's valuable advice and help. The hotel's location is excellent. There are several wonderful restaurants, a supermarket, and a children's playground nearby. The beach is less than a 4-minute leisurely walk away.
