"Blev i maj 26th Palace i en uge.Generelt et meget smukt hotel.Meget smukt værelse med balkon og udsigt over Gardasøen og bjergene. God morgenmad og middagsbuffet med masser at vælge fra - bortset fra ikke at være en stor fan af buffeter har vi intet at klage over.25 minutters gang til centrum, men også en billig minibus fra hotellet.Ikke en 5-stjerneoplevelse, men en god 4-stjerne."

"Hoteldirektøren var utrolig uhøflig! På min søsters bryllupsdag skulle vi gøre os klar på hendes værelse. Jeg ankom til den mest uhøflige velkomst, jeg nogensinde har fået i hotel- og restaurationsbranchen. Lederen skældte os ud for at bede om at gå op på hendes værelse og sagde, at vi skulle være stille og holde en finger på læberne, som om jeg var et spædbarn! Han virkede ikke begejstret, men meget nedsættende omkring min søsters bryllup og ødelagde ærligt talt vores morgen med at gøre os klar, hvilket fik alle til at føle sig utilpasse og utilpas. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotel, da lederen simpelthen er forfærdelig."

"We chose this venue for our wedding because of the beautiful setting and facilities. We wanted to accommodate family and friends too. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, especially Valentina who was informative and communicative throughout the months leading up to our big day as well as during our stay and for the wedding day itself. The manager, Luca, was exceptional in making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were explained on the day of arrival and check in was simple and quick which was welcoming as we arrived very late. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very clean and comfortable, they also smelt fresh and amazing. Towels, robes, slippers and flip flops were provided as is stated on their website. We had the most amazing view of the lake from our balcony which is one of the biggest selling points of this hotel. Family members booked to use the spa, which included a steam room, sauna, ritual shower and jacuzzi. There is also an outside sauna that looks over the lake, which is out of this world. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake but this was cold so we didn’t use it, maybe because it was out of season. The garden is well kept and clean and a great place to just relax and switch off. The hotel offer a shuttle bus service to the nearby town which was very much appreciated and used by us all as the town is a beautiful place to visit. Our wedding day here was the best that we could ever wish for, amazing food, attention to detail and again, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is a spectacular place to stay and worthy of its 4* (the only downside, was that the coffee in the rooms has to be drunk from a paper cup, we would prefer proper mugs or tea cups). Thank you Luca and Valentina, we will be back ☺️"

"Jeg kom først her, da jeg var 18 og vendte tilbage i juli 2024 med min 11-årige søn.Dette hotel er fremragende.Det har været familiens ledelse i årtier, og det afspejles i ejendommens præsentation/følelse - det føler sig som hjem. Beliggenheden er fantastisk, personalet er fantastisk (særlig henvisning til receptionisten, Michael, der gjorde det meget let at blive, da det kom til booking og arrangementer).Maden er vidunderlig.Jeg vil grundigt anbefale dette hotel."

Usædvanligt venligt personale og ejer, skinnende rent og velholdt, god morgenmad og en fantastisk beliggenhed kun et minuts gang fra Malcesines centrum. "The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the pebble beach of Lake Garda. Unfortunately, the road in front is busy and very noisy. If you keep your eyes open, you'll notice many shortcomings in the hotel: loose tiles in the pool area, dirty and insufficient glasses for drinks, non-functioning air conditioning, cramped parking, subpar food quality, a broken elevator door (which doesn't reopen), ice cream that isn't frozen sufficiently, etc. Much more commitment, love, and conscientiousness are needed here. It's a shame that the hotel is shooting itself in the foot with this."
