Hotel is easy to reach by bus from Mainz train station, very friendly reception, decent breakfast, have stayed there many times because of the good price-performance ratio"

"Good clean hotel, in a residential area about 15-20 minute walk from the main square in Mainz. Balcony was a bonus - and being near to a supermarket was good too. Staff were friendly. Rooms are really clean and good size. Breakfast was average but enough available to start the day in a good way. Would recommend"

"This is a nice hotel Within a very short walk from the train station. We stayed for two nights and it offered a clean, comfortable room, adequate for recovery from a long trip abroad before continuing our final journey home. It is also an easy walk to Mainz old town. The staff was kind and considerate when we arrived at the hotel prior to the normal check in time, by allowing us to get to our room early. The only drawback is that there were no quiet sitting areas for reading & relaxing. There is a cafe next to the reception area, but we did not eat there. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and with easy reach of the train system."

"Hotel Havana som placering og struktur ville ikke have noget at beundre de andre hoteller i Mainz, desværre synd i enhver service, der stilles til rådighed for gæsterne. Det firedobbeltværelse ville være bred nok til at indeholde 4 senge, men består af en dobbeltseng sofa og 2 møbler, som jeg ikke kunne beskrive, hvis ikke 2 lave træborde med en meget let bund, var næsten som at sove på jorden. Værelset var meget smuttet, især badeværelset, hvor bruseren teltet havde meget mærkelige øjne. I 3 dages ophold blev vi stillet til rådighed en toiletpapir ruller."

"This hotel proved very convenient being close to the station and a short walk to the marketplace and old town. Our room was well appointed with a good bathroom, - with nice amenities. The little ‘kitchen’ had a sink, a kettle and coffeemaker plus a microwave and stove. We had a terrace with a view to the cathedral, where we sat with a beer and some sun. The staff were very friendly . The breakfast was minimal but satisfactory. Overall a very good stay."

"Flot stille hotel i stadion nær ( kun 15 minutters gang) . Frue er super og prisvenlig. Gratis parkering lige foran hotellet. Værelser og badeværelser perfekt rene. Jeg vil gerne komme tilbage når som helst. Også det forsinkede ankomst var overhovedet ikke et problem."
