"Kære sir/Madam, Jeg skriver for at udtrykke min skuffelse over vores seneste ophold på dit resort. Vi betalte S$1, 175.40 for 2-natninger, og desværre opfyldte den samlede oplevelse ikke standarden for prisen. Under vores ophold stødte vi på følgende spørgsmål: Værelset var ikke varmt nok, hvilket gjorde værelset ubehageligt. Der blev ikke leveret komplimentært mineralvand. Slips blev ikke leveret i rummet. Værelsets renhed var kun gennemsnitlig og opfyldte ikke forventningerne. Frueafdelingen var meget grundlæggende, med begrænset sort og kvalitet. I betragtning af det beløb, vi har betalt, tror vi ikke, at opholdet tilbød god værdi for penge.Vi havde forventet en langt højere standard af indkvartering, faciliteter og service. "The room was spacious and offered a pleasant garden view. The large bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Since it was winter during our stay, we didn't get to use the hotel's swimming pool. The greatest advantage was its close proximity to a very clean beach, which felt safe due to the presence of lifeguards. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection beyond Western dishes, including fried rice, plain rice, and miso soup. The yogurt was particularly good, and they even had gluten-free bread and pastries, plus a fresh fruit and vegetable juice station. It truly catered to all palates. Our bill had an error at check-out, but it was promptly corrected. The concierge staff was helpful with our luggage. The room lacked soundproofing, as we could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. However, it didn't significantly disturb our rest overall."

"Taking into account that we had those massive storms on the Gold Coast and that it appeared to be in the middle of an improvement with new beds. I was extremely disappointed that the air conditioning units, to put it bluntly, were filthy! The two units, even though they were good brands ( Panasonic) when checking the filters, looked as though they had not been cleaned for over 6 months. The filters were CLOGGED with dust and dirt, which made them highly unhealthy for the occupants staying there. The filters had the potential to harbour various air pollutants such as dust particles, pollen, odour, and even bacteria. If you have people allergic to any of these particles, then it’s certain that they have the potential to be affected. For instance, people with asthma or certain allergies might start experiencing difficulties staying in the apartment. Also, some of the bacteria that might make their way into your apartment might cause diseases. When the air filter is dirty, it means that it can’t sieve out the dust, pollen, and other particles from the air. Consequently, the quality of your indoor air is reduced. This means that the air being blown through the vents contains various dust particles and microorganisms that might be harmful to people in the apartment. I know this as I have sold a/c units for over 40 years. I have now retired."
