The room we chose was perfect, with an amazing view that made the stay even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The dinner set was quite generous in portion, although the taste was fairly average for us, and the meat could have been better marinated. One thing to note is that the road leading to the hotel can be a little challenging and intimidating, especially for smaller vehicles. We were driving a 4x4, so it was manageable, but it’s worth keeping in mind before your trip. Overall, it was a unique and relaxing experience, especially for anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature."

"While getting here by taxi or private car can be a bit tricky, the hotel offers a convenient paid pick-up/drop-off service. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. For meals, there's a reasonably priced menu of food and drinks available at the front desk, making dining very convenient. The prices are fair, and the food is delicious. The staff even thoughtfully set up our meals on the terrace. However, since it's located in the mountains, it's hard to be completely free from bugs. Still, if you follow a few precautions, it's not a major inconvenience. The water pressure is a bit weak, but the hot water works well. The Wi-Fi isn't super fast, but the mobile signal is generally good. Given its location, it's naturally not going to have the same amenities as a city hotel, but it's more than enough for a relaxing stay at 1200 meters above sea level. Above all, the attentive and friendly service from the staff throughout our stay was truly impressive."

The minibar is chargeable, though the prices were almost the same as in local shops. You can order an electric cart from anywhere on the property 24/7! We barely walked anywhere! In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Chiang Mai! However, if you need to go directly into the city, a taxi will cost 1,000 baht."

I was told I could do my work in the restaurant, by the person on reception, but then when I got to the restaurant the lady insisted that I would need to buy things which was a bit of a disappointing misunderstanding."

"The fuses in the bungalow kept tripping. At night, we had to turn off all the devices that consumed electricity so that only the air conditioner worked. In the morning, when we turned on the lights, the entire bungalow was completely de-energized, although the air conditioner had already been turned off in advance. There was some kind of smell coming from the bathroom in the bungalow. The drain in the sink was clogged, there was some kind of sewage in the toilet, it did not flush.
