"While this place is technically a bed & breakfast, it was certainly appreciated that we were not forced to do bed-and-breakfast activities. In fact, we were not even asked to; the experience was more like staying in a hotel. The spa area was surprisingly charming, and the entire establishment was clean. It was a little bit difficult to navigate how to get in, which is just through the café doors in the front, and the only thing I would suggest, is to add mini fridges to the rooms."

"Our trip Hair has been so miserable because of this hotel it’s brand new and just opened but they won’t ever clean your room. The lady Lisa is actually a bully. She’s mean to me and my children. She has a pic on everyone. She don’t want to do her job. Everyone in the hotel does nothing to help anyone here they act like you’re doing them a favor by asking them to clean your room and they will not do so the hotel is so nice but the staff is so terrible we was so excited to stay here they are worst staff at hotel I ever seen !!!"

"Can view the lake but the beach is not so good,didn’t try to swim there. The bedding is clean,didn’t smell bad at all. Hot water and showers pressure is good. For the price it’s a good deal."

"I want to thank Wayside Hotel for allowing me to cancel my reservation due to the wildfires that are creating the dense smoke. We are traveling with little ones and have been advised not to go into the smoke filled area. The hotel was most understanding and even called me to let me know how I could go about cancelling my reservation. Wow. How kind and understanding of them. I would highly recommend staying here as their customer service alone shows their dedication and commitment to those staying at the Wayside. Thank you Ryan so much!"
