"1. Seriously, avoid this place! Around 7 AM, two of us were woken up by intense itching all over our bodies. Our skin was red and covered in small bumps from scratching. When we complained to the front desk, they just said, "No one else has this problem," without even checking the bedding for cleanliness, and then went back to sleep! Of course, I know the front desk can't handle this. They said they'd wait for the manager to come and contact them, but no one checked on us until we checked out. I don't believe that the fact that no one else had this problem is an excuse. Did they think my itching just appeared out of nowhere? Did I pretend to scratch to cause trouble? We paid money, didn't get a good night's sleep, and suffered terribly. The hygiene was perfunctory, and the after-sales service was even more so. I will never come back!"
