"The yellow seat cushion of the rocking chair in the room is stained. It may not have been cleaned after being used by multiple guests. There is a large area of old mold on the roof of the south balcony. I don't want to sit on it or go to the balcony. What I can't stand is the service attitude. I contacted the housekeeper to pick us up by shuttle bus to the parking lot. When we went out to eat, no one informed the housekeeper or the front desk or the shuttle bus's off-duty time. When we came back, the housekeeper lost contact and the front desk had no lights, so we had to drive the car. I went up the mountain on a narrow mountain road without any signage, and ended up getting lost... I drove around the mountain in the middle of the night... and finally made a dangerous U-turn on the mountain. Finally, when I couldn't contact the housekeeper, I called the reserved number on the website and told him to turn around and drive back to the service. Center, I drove up the mountain by myself again... The experience was extremely bad... I can't describe it... There are also things that happened and various attitudes. It's okay not to talk about it. I just blame myself for choosing the wrong person. Be cautious, careful, careful... The worst experience in my life. Where to stay, I didn’t drive on a mountain road, so I kindly gave way to the car in the morning and fell down. I called the front desk to see if they could find a way to get a board. The front desk said they didn’t have it, and there was nothing they could do... Fortunately, a relative who lives locally came to the rescue. I was speechless, speechless, and speechless."
