He is also the only one among the nearly 10 Holiday Inns that does not charge a deposit. The only lobby has bookshelves and books. Yes, other facilities are the same standard of holidayinn."

"IF YOU ARE OF COLOR DONT COME HERE. This hotel looks nice but service is terrible. I had a hard time booking with the manager she made it very difficult for me to book . I Still Decided to stay with them because I only had 4 hours to rest. I was driving from far checked in at 6:40am and was checked out at 11:10am. A couple of days later, I noticed an unauthorized charge. I called the hotel. Christine answered and I expressed my concerns about the charge. She told me it was due to a smoking fee which in fact I don’t smoke. My room smelled not of smoke but of *********. She said where it came from was the bathroom. How can you be falsely accused of something you didn't do and be charged? Instead of resolving the issue, Christine hung up and never returned my call. I am still trying to get a response from management. They are very unprofessional. I was placed on the first floor right by front desk as if I needed to be watched. They judge people and blame them for things that aren't true. If you are of color do not come here. management treated me horribly I was super uncomfortable I just needed rest. I called back after the review the manager answers and tells me an alarm went off . Christine says the cleaning lady smelled *********. Manager laury lied and said a smoke detector went on which is lie because I would have been kicked out my room and obviously a smoke detector can’t detect no smoke :)."
