"This is my first negative review of a hotel on Ctrip. Our group of seven booked three standard rooms and one double room. One of the standard rooms had a strong sewer odor, and when we asked to change rooms, the owner said they were fully booked and couldn't change rooms. Two of our friends who stayed in that room were feeling unwell, and the friend in the double room was willing to switch rooms with them, but the owner wouldn't allow us to switch rooms internally first! Also, there was very little hot water in the room, and the soundproofing was poor."

Initially, she assigned me a room near the elevator, but later patiently changed me to a corner room. However, there was a hot pot restaurant downstairs, and around 11 PM, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The receptionist patiently explained that the noise would stop after 11 PM when the restaurant closed. The owner also apologized and gave us a gift (we had too much stuff in our car, so we didn't take it with us when we checked out; we appreciated the gesture). 3. The room cleanliness was lacking. Since cleanliness was the only factor I considered, I didn't give it a perfect score. The mirror behind the door had a lot of limescale, and the floor had a lot of hair and dust. The edges of the sink faucet were particularly sharp; please pay attention to this, as it could easily cut your hands. 4. Overall, the hotel is newly renovated and has complete facilities. Aside from these minor issues, they are manageable. I can feel that the owner wants to run the business with dedication, and I wish them great success!"
