They are truly always there for you to make your stay comfortable and more. On my arrival, I get myself in to some trouble, because of long time no use, Poland phone number was blacked, Poland bank card was blocked, I don’t speak Polish and no people understand me to settle my activations. It’s maybe a small thing, but at that time, for me was very important and urgent. A stranger country, no friends, no family and only the reception personal . He spanned his time to make all the calls and get whole the pings and cod numbers , to activate everything I needed. And once again , within one hour i could relax and forget the whole daily troubles. Thank you."

Vanilla Hotel

"The location in old town is convenient, however you need to park a block away and roll your luggage through the street, as the entrance is in the pedestrian only area. It would have helped to know that or be given the address to the parking ahead of time, rather than driving around in circles in the dark. The room decor is dated. The breakfast was good. Vanilla hotel was ok for our one night in Lublin, but I would not stay there again."
