"Good location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Fast check in and out. Limited breakfast choices. The desk chair in the room couldn’t go up and was dirty (spots and hair - probably from a pet). I left my pajamas on the bed in the morning and found a note left by the cleaning lady. She apologized for not making up my bed since there was a personal item left on it. This has never happened to me before."

"This place was horrible and unsafe. I tried to get a refund . Even trip hasn’t responded . Their on line pictures are LIES . Ended up paying to stay somewhere else. 2 rooms and we didn’t even get in . People waiting to check-in at the door , the office was locked at 6:30p . The restaurant was closed down. Stayed down the road !"

"Third time staying at La Quinta and it gets better every time! I attended their breakfast in the morning and was blown away! Big spread of food and make your own waffles! Waffles are my go to and making them fresh in front of my eyes was wonderful! A great experience!"

Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock

"Værelset er ikke stort, men meget rent og komfortabelt.Der er en vaskemaskine og en vaskemaskine, der kan bruges gratis.Vaskemaskinen skal tjekkes i butikken ved siden af tørklædet.Reserverede værelser har morgenmad.Men restauranten har ingen relevante oplysninger. Det tog lidt tid med en tjenestemand til at bekræfte det, før han ikke skulle betale for morgenmad.Tjenestemanden var meget god."

"I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel. This is the second time they have cancelled my reservation with very little notice — both times on weekends tied to major football events. I booked well in advance, and each time my plans were completely disrupted. It feels like they are bumping confirmed guests to resell rooms at higher rates, which is unfair and unprofessional. When you book a hotel, you expect reliability, not last-minute cancellations that leave you scrambling to find alternatives at inflated prices. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. This hotel clearly prioritizes profit over honoring their commitments to guests."
