"First time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was super quick. They even offered complimentary fruit! The room was spotless, tidy, and hygienic, and the pillows were really comfortable. I loved that the air conditioning switch was conveniently located right by the bedside table – such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a great variety and was quite substantial. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the train station, which was incredibly convenient."

"We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one of them was faulty and didn't cool, making it unbearably hot all night. The outdoor temperature was 36-37 degrees Celsius. How can anyone sleep when the air conditioning isn't working? Breakfast was extremely basic; the milk was made from milk powder, not fresh milk, and it was very sweet. The front desk staff were very rude. On the night of check-in, I asked my son to go downstairs to the front desk for some disposable paper cups for brushing his teeth. My son asked for six, since there were six of us in the two rooms. The receptionist asked my son why he needed so many, and only after he said there were two rooms did they give him six cups. We travel every summer and winter vacation and have stayed in many hotels of various brands. My son came back to the room and told me that the service at this hotel was terrible. Even though they gave us six paper cups, the staff's eyes and tone were very impatient. I want to ask the hotel management: aren't disposable paper cups provided for hotel guests? Many hotels provide disposable paper cups in their lobbies, but yours required staff to retrieve them from a drawer. This highlights the significant deficiencies in your hotel's facilities and service, and also indicates problems with your staff management. While the exterior is luxurious, many aspects of your service are lacking. The experience was extremely poor."

"Vi nyder virkelig vores oplevelse på Fengduo W Hotel.Hotellet er meget godt placeret (foran et fødevaremarked og nær Century undergrundscenter). Lobbyen (5. sal) er massiv og ren.Vores værelse (7. sal) var spotless og rummeligt.Hotellet blev tydeligvis nyligt renoveret, det detaljerede færdiggørelsesarbejde er dejligt. I called the front desk on my mobile phone. It should be during the May Day holiday. No one answered the phone after calling several times. I had to stop a car on the way. The breakfast time in the morning was even more exaggerated. I have been to so many tourist cities, but only this breakfast was over in 5 minutes. It was extremely chaotic and there was no seat. The waitress put on gloves to clean up the leftovers and then took the clean chopsticks and put them in the chopstick basket🤮."
