"Der går en bus fra lufthavnen direkte til hotellets indgang. Det tager cirka 15 minutter at komme ind. Du skal tage dine sko af. Værelset er ikke stort, men det er meget rent. Det har varme og gulvvarme. Morgenmaden er ikke mange og smager godt. Personalet er meget venligt. Der er en udendørs specialbutik og et supermarked på gaden foran hotellet. Restauranten er også lækker. Jeg anbefaler at bo her."

"Huset er meget hyggeligt, varmt og genkendeligt. Det ligger ca. 10 minutters gang fra supermarkedet i byen. Hotellets morgenmad er også meget god."

"The location of the hotel is excellent and that’s why 1 star. Everything else was below average. There was a towel in the bathroom and it had a strange smell. The beds were not made, the comforters were rolled and put on the side. The worst thing was that they had the heating on and the rooms get full sun and it was like a Sauna in the room, even with windows open. The lighting was bizarre, I still couldn’t figure out how to turn off the kitchen and bathroom lights. The curtains aren’t meant for summer light so the room is lit bright all night."

"What can i say nothing but thank you for such a beautiful, relaxing and wonderful few days. The reception and breakfast staff are probably the best i have encountered in the world. As a solo traveler i have to say you just looked after me. My room, never let anyone else have no 9 it is mine forever. The breakfast was amazing anyone who serves Shakshuka and Eggs Benedict wins in my book and freshly and perfectly cooked. I am sorry i cant remember everyones names but the lovely girl on reception who spent much time speaking with me and telling me everything about Svalbard, the lovely guy who sorted out my expedition issues you all just went that bit extra which made the holiday. The lovely breakfast ladies. Your staff are a credit to you and i look forward to coming back again and also hopefully experiencing ISFjord Radio. Thank you for the most wonderful time love Clare x"
