"Hotel was pleasant enough, room was clean and staff were helpful. Needs more facilities like an iron, there wasn’t one in the whole hotel! Breakfast buffet limited, had to ask for milk as it was t put out, need to have self service coffee. Parking outside the room was very convenient too"

"We were completely mis-sold our holiday by our travel agent. If it wasn't for the amazing team at Hotel Lonatino, who went so far out of their way to drive us to and fro each day, and then for an hour to the airport so we could make our flight home, our holiday would have been a complete disaster."

"I give three stars because the lady (blonde curly hair) at the reception was very rude. First I contacted in the morning for the disturbance I felt at 1 am due to the noise in the apartment upstairs. With a relieved tone she said that it was necessary to notify at night and not in the morning. Therefore it is useless to say anything. Then she made the bill with a mistake of € 10 because she counted the products that we did not take. We remained half an hour waiting for her to correct the mistake, cancel the bill, make a new one and in the end she walked away from us without apologizing or saying goodbye. We left the hotel in a bad mood."

"I was looking for a structure for a work trip but with a family after it was near the centre of Lonato and it was not too expensive. I booked at this hotel that, although it was a two-star, it fully met my needs. It is a family-run structure with clean and - seemingly - recently renovated atmosphere, excellent room with comfortable bed and very large bathroom, functioning wifi. The owner is a available and pleasant person and you see that he puts our soul in managing his structure. The quality/price ratio is fully respected, and given that it is a structure of economic scope, I would say that nothing is missing! I would suggest that we improve breakfast, although I understand that a hotel with few rooms cannot certainly offer a very wide choice. The noise of the road in the morning is perceptible, but if you rise soon it is a problem in the last few days, the night is not very much traffic and you rest well."
