"The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and the service exceeded my expectations. The female owner, from Hubei, gave me a thorough introduction to Lomé and arranged for a hotel car to take me around several places, saving me time and effort. The car rental fee was also very reasonable. The next morning, she even sent a car to take me to the shared taxi station to Cotonou free of charge and instructed her driver to make sure I confirmed the vehicle and agreed on the price. Compared to the hotels in the previous countries I visited, this was much better."

"I feel that there should be a rating in between 'very good' and 'average' so i could rate this hotel like i want to. For a start its cheap as chips, its right in the market area so in the busiest part of Lome, but not too noisy, the rooms are really clean, have balconies so you can watch the bustle and the staff are lovely...but...OMG...it has the hardest, most uncomfortable beds ive slept on since i was young enough to backpack. I live on islands that you have to get a 12 hour ferry to, and, honestly, sleeping on the floor in the bar is more comfortable. So if you do not mind sleeping on granite, i totally recommend this place. Its safe, cheap and clean...but...omg..those beds."

"The area around the hotel is a lively market. A motorbike taxi from STM costs approximately 250-300 CFA. The hotel entrance may be a little difficult to find. Since it is difficult to explain in words, it is best to call the hotel on the day of arrival to confirm. The hotel does not have an elevator, hairdryer, bottled water, or refrigerator. There was no hot shower, but it was hot so it wasn't a problem. However, the rooms were clean and the location is good. There were no power outages.
