"Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge. Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card. Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it."

"The public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

Our room was exceptional, and the facilities, including the pools, sauna, and jacuzzi, were excellent. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, especially a fantastic three-course dinner that was truly memorable. A special thank you to Hotel Manager Fernando Bibiloni de Oleza and the reception team, particularly Maria, for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Having spent many years in the travel industry, including serving as CEO of Ving Group, I have experienced hotels all over the world. "It's a very good hotel. The decor is quite cool. I like the layout. And the staff are very friendly. There's transportation near the hotel. Very clean. We had one of the available rooms, which was very good, but there's one thing to be aware of. Perhaps for convenience and practicality, there are no barriers in the shower, the drain isn't very easy to use, and water tends to accumulate; in fact, there are some hazards. But despite all that, I love this hotel!"

"The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices."

The environment was dirty and poorly maintained, making the stay unpleasant. Dinner was very basic and not particularly good, and breakfast required a lot of self-service, significantly reducing comfort. Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained and is better suited to guests who accept low standards and enjoy being active. Maria, the hotel manager, seemed friendly, but she also appeared overwhelmed. The esoteric atmosphere might be interesting to some, but for me, it was rather confusing. This hotel might be suitable for a short, inexpensive stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing holiday."

"What can I say... the service was extremely unfriendly, we had dirty towels covered in other people's hair and a floor that hadn't been cleaned much. The bed sheets were stained and you didn't really feel comfortable there. OK for a party holiday but definitely not bearable sober. Breakfast was OK though."

"The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family."
