The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

A special thank you to Hotel Manager Fernando Bibiloni de Oleza and the reception team, particularly Maria, for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Palma, so you’ll definitely need to hire a car to get around. The rooms are spacious and very clean, though the air conditioning can be a bit loud at night. The swimming pool is a highlight; large, well-maintained, and never too crowded during our stay. Breakfast is a standard continental offering, perfectly fine but with room for improvement if you’re after variety or hot options. Overall, a great choice if you value tranquility over proximity to amenities."

"The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices."

"We spent 5 nights at the resort in June 2025. It was a very happy, relaxing experience, right up there as one of the best (if not the best) places we have stayed in. The location is stunning and the hotel is so elegant. We took advantage of all that the hotel has to offer - lovely pool and beach areas, beautiful restaurants and bar area, free bikes to explore the area. A really chilled vibe throughout - great food and drinks. We just loved the place and would highly recommend. We do not understand the negative reviews left by others about hotel staff. Our experience of each and every staff member was top drawer - nothing was too much trouble and all were friendly, good humoured and accommodating. For us, you can’t fake that for just one guest over others as it is indicative of great staff culture given our wonderful experience was consistent across all staff at hotel - from concierge, front desk, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters and management who are quietly in the background overseeing. An unforgettable experience for us and one we hope to repeat."

"Frugt var meget varierende, frisk og lækker. Søndag var der endda laks. Værelserne er også ren og ordent. Der er endda blevet skiftet håndklæder, selv om man ikke har fået det til at (læg dem på jorden), hvilket de også påpeger ved skilt på bordet (miljøet til kærlighed). Til ballerinaen er situationen naturligvis ikke så god, man løber længe, og hotellet ligger "bjerget op". Hvad vi var meget forstyrret af "service", at sikkerheden kom lige ind i værelset midt på dagen. Vi var i badeværelset, let klædt og han løb rundt om værelset lås dørene op og så vi kiggede og bad ham ud og den Han nægtede at stå imod, og han havde ingen grund til at være der, og klager over os på receptionen, men hun tog det bare så godt og ville bemærke det. Man har ikke engang mødt en eller anden. Det er en trist handling. 😐 Der er altid en livvagt omkring poolen, og det er også en smuk polsk anlæg."

If you're looking for a place to stay and eat without any expectations, willing to help out a lot, and prepared to accept numerous shortcomings (which you wouldn't find in well-run hotels), then this is the place for you. However, inadequate cleaning, poor food, and breakfasts with long waits and a limited selection clearly demonstrate that the manager is overwhelmed. Some might appreciate the "family" atmosphere, the opportunity to tidy up themselves, the simple rural retreat, the close contact with the manager, and the pseudo-Mallorcan charm. But if you're truly seeking quality, good food, and relaxation, this isn't the place for you. There are many beautiful, affordable, and high-quality fincas (country houses) in the surrounding area."

"The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family."
