"This is a very well positioned rural hotel, with beautiful large rooms, which are modern (but in-keeping) and well looked after. The rooms and location are without doubt a key highlight. Staff are friendly. The hotel falls short in a couple of areas … the pace of service is very slow at breakfast, with long waits for dishes ordered from the menu, which invariably turned up cool / not very fresh. Lunchtime service was particularly bad - over an hour to wait for food. The kitchen appears under significant pressure and it got annoying by the end of the stay. That said, the dinner service was worlds apart - much slicker. In the hotels defence, they took the restaurant feedback seriously at the time and were clearly uncomfortable at the service being by offered. While small, a couple of things which were just a little bit annoying and took away from what could be great: 1. No fresh towels by the pool - expected to use room terrace towels 2. Air conditioning broken in the gym, plus this space was really tired - signs of water damage from the pool “above” and the equipment pretty old and knackered 3. No body wash / shampoo for the bath (provided options are “locked” in the shower) 4. There’s no nice bar area for drinks, and the area they do have just has no atmosphere - just a random collection of tables. With a focus on the restaurant service and a few other bits this place could easily be 5/5."

"Really enjoyed our stay, suite was perfect with plenty of room. Food was good choice and first class. We hired bikes on receptions recommendation as there is a cycle route behind the hotel along old railway track which was fun to explore. The staff made us very welcome, especially Hams and Maximo. We didn’t go there for the golf next door, we only went to completely chill and enjoy the facilities and spa and it ticked every box. Even down to picnic prepared for us as we had an early transfer back."

"This review is based on two premises: vs price paid for the service and vs similar package in 5 star hotel in Croatia. Also to note we have booked serenity suite service half board. Location: the hotel is on the second row from the sea, meaning it is not at the beach directly. 5 min to the beach, no problem if you don't carry a lot of items for the family. Staff excetionally friendly, chief of the reception offered us breakfast at our early arrival which was a very friendy gesture (we got up at 3 in the morning and arrived at 9 to the hotel). However some of the staff at the breakfast and dinner very young and not trained to the level expected at 5 star hotel (e.g. very poor english, also communication under expectation). Suite was clean and cleaned 2 X per day. Serenity service comes with fully stocked fridge, free of charge. Atmosphere ok, serenity service gives you access to the Serenity lounge which is really quiet and stocked with coffee, non-alcholic beverages snacks, fruits... really nice touch. Part of the package was also dedicated pool area with reserved sun umbrella and sun loungers. No need to wake up early and reserve ... :) We were also able to reserve our table for breakfast and dinner so no worry there. All this comes with a hefty price so regardless I would expect that for the evening shows we would also be able to reserve a table. Food choices were ok (here is where I compare with the similar packages) but the quality of the food was not a 5 star level. It can't really compare with the food in Croatia where it was a Michelin star level meals with the similar price for the package. Beach bar food was excellent but that was at additional cost (which means they know how to prepare the food if they want to). There are chickens in the beach bar which feel at home. Not sure if they belong there... :) We didn't mind as we love animals. Overall, we had a relaxing vacation. If they improve on some of the points it could trully stand out as a place to return to."

"Han vendte tilbage fra ti nats pause på Globales Cala Bona.Hotellet ligger i en fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på butikker barer og restauranter.Fantastisk hotel med stor personale, der arbejder hårdt for at holde standarderne meget høje. Kun opholdt sig i senge og morgenmad, men mad var god med et bredt valg.Aldrig et problem med at få en solskin, er hotellet nu lukket indtil 0900."

"Stayed here for 10 days all inclusive & honestly couldn't fault it. Food was great room was great. A/C unexpected which was fab. Perfect location. Lots of people have mentioned about the euro 4 plastic cups but is only during the day which I totally get so people take cups back to bar when want another drink & also so no glass around the pool. Has 2 pools which are lovely & right on beach so whet more can you want?? We already looking at going again next yr. We got holiday 4 great price with love holidays & was really surprised at how lovely it was. Highly recommended 👍👍"

Det var at se en vej, men det eneste virkelig irriterende var en time venter på at tjekke ind.Nogle mennesker ventede længere.Jeg ville have givet 4 stjerner med den smukke personale her, der var lavet op for det!"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Beautiful location, 1 minute walk from the beach. All amenities you need in the rooms. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day and fresh beach towels provided on request. Lovely selection of food at breakfast each day ... the pancakes made on request were great!! All staff we came across were very helpful and friendly. Pool and bar area were lovely. Would love to come back to this hotel. Cannot recommend enough."

"Hvis jeg kunne give denne vurdering mere end fem stjerner, ville jeg.Dette er simpelthen det smukkeste hotel, jeg har boet i, ikke kun bogstaveligt, men med den fantastiske service fra alle medarbejdere, figurativt også. Beliggenheden er stor, da du nemt kan besøge det lokale område og gå ind i den lille by Capdepera.Slottet sidder over byen og hotellet, hvilket giver et tidløst aspekt til hele stedet.Vores værelse var fantastisk! Værelse 214 giver dig din egen konservative og terrasse med en dobbelt solsenge og varmt rør fra hvor du kan lægge dig og se på bjergene eller slottet med hurtige flyvende overhovedet. Jeg så ikke indenfor de andre værelser, men der er kun 27, og overalt i hotellet var smukt udpeget, så jeg er sikker på, de er alle søde. Hotellet er et konverteret kloster, og konverteringen er blevet gjort så sympatisk, at det er fantastisk.Baren og indendørs swimmingpool ved siden af spaen med deres farvede glas skal ses at tro!Selv fonten er blevet brugt i dekorationen. Maden var guddommelig.Maden var så speciel og var blandt de bedste mad, vi nogensinde har spist.Og endelig, som nævnt ovenfor, personalet selv: ærlig, venlig, vidensfuld og altid hjælpsom og opmærksom uden konstant at være på din side. Et særligt skrig til Svetlana, Roberto og Marlene.Gå og bliv, hvis du kan!"

"Our second time at this hotel and what a disappointment! From checking in to checking out ,The issues are too many to write but the main ones include the following: Very rude reception day staff , Pool side snack bar contains fruit and biscuits only ,Outside pool toilets only 2 unisex and not cleaned regularly, Pool opening times very restricted 10am until 6pm ! Also the same for the bar ,2 euros per towel hire no refund on return, No information on All inclusive and what it includes, No ice cream available, No tea/ coffee facilities in rooms, Same evening entertainment as last year ,Vomit reported in corridor left for 3 hours before cleaned, Shower cubicles in spa area have clear see thro glass ! ,Biggest disappointment The World Cup although a big poster in the bar ,The England games not shown but other countries where for example Spain v Belgium on a big screen in a air conditioned bar the following night England v Norway not shown at all ,Although asked for by the English guests was told it was not possible,Some very disgruntled English guests ! Some changes have been made and the hotel is very Aesthetically pleasing but very impractical ,One special mention to Henrique on reception who helped us with our suitcases and also greeted you with a smile ,Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend"
