"The transit point of the journey, the hotel is very beautiful, the parking lot is also large, and the instructions are clear. Because I arrived late, the handsome guy at the bar checked in. The next day I asked the lady at the front desk how to get there for breakfast, and both of them were very enthusiastic. He guided us very well, and he didn’t speak too fast. He spoke very clearly and it felt great to be understood😀. Breakfast was the most comfortable breakfast I had in the UK for a week, but it was a pity that I didn’t bring my mobile phone to the restaurant. The room is relatively old, but fortunately it is large enough, with two 1.5-inch double beds, and the bathroom is also quite large, but the shower faucet cannot be used, and the bathtub faucet can only be used."

"I byen for at besøge familien, og vi besluttede at blive her, da det var tæt på stranden og Sandy Waterpark, og vi har haft succes med dette mærke før. Check ind var smuk og venlig, vi havde to værelser, der var store, rene og havde stor AC i højere end normalt varme!Duschen var kraftfuld, og jeg sætter pris på den komfortable seng, og det faktum, at rummet var mørkt og roligt! Myfanwy på receptionen var smuk!Da vores piger kiggede på salgsmaskinen og sagde, de ville prøve en Pepsi produkt, der ikke var tilgængelig her i USA, gik hun straks tilbage og producerede en for hver af dem!! Hun var smuk at chatte hver dag og checkede ind på vores ophold. Den inkluderet morgenmad var en stor måde at starte dagen på. Jeg kunne nyde yoghurt og frugt, men der var også en fuld kogt morgenmad til rådighed for dem, der vil have den.Buffet stil på weekenden og kogt til at bestille weekender! Godt ophold i vores tid i Llanelli!"

"I just wanted to thank the amazing staff at this hotel, especially Phil, for making our family stay so comfortable. They really couldn’t do enough to help. Super friendly and just a fabulous example of great customer service. Excellent breakfast too. Hotel was clean and comfy and as you would expect from this chain but the staff set it apart from other stays I’ve had."

"The location is convenient for being near local shops and on route to Carmarthen. The scenery was quite good with nice views of the hills.Walking and driving was all direct in the location. Bathroom was well cleaned and tidy. While the bedrooms were clean and spacious. Noise control was good at night time as I couldn't hear the surrounding roads. This helped as the quite night helped me to sleep. The staff are warm welcoming and approachable. Overall a very good stay."

Thomas Arms Hotel ★★★

"I would give zero if I could. Went for an early evening meal before a concert in the town. Didn’t notice the car park notice about permits, even though I am now aware. The pub was empty apart from myself and my sister-in-law. We spoke to the barmaid and chatted about the concert. We ere there for approximately an hour, then left for the concert. A week later , I received a fine for £100 for parking in the car park. I appealed this and provided evidence of us having been there for a meal by way of a bank statement with the cost of the meal & venue clearly visible. This appeal was turned down. So I had to pay £100 simply because I didn’t get a permit from the Thomas Arms when we entered. The member of bar staff didn’t even ask us or remind us about this on entry or during our chat. Other places with the same car park rules usually remind customers on entry, incase, like us , they didn’t see the signs. We will never go to the Thomas Arms again and would advise others not to go there either. It’s a complete rip off."
