Sharp corners on the cabinets are protected against impacts, demonstrating good safety measures. The room's decor is appealing to children. Requests are promptly fulfilled upon request, and the staff is very helpful. A few shortcomings: The lobby lounge area is insufficient; there's only one free bench, and other seating areas are mostly occupied by paid areas. The supposedly gym is practically useless; a few treadmills are haphazardly placed near the entrance, and the aerobics room is dirty and disorganized. The hotel's location is isolated; finding food requires ordering takeout or taking a taxi. Although it's close to Wanda Plaza in a straight line, the actual route is circuitous, making taxis the only option."

"I chose to stay at the Atour Hotel in Liupanshui on short notice, and the service was truly excellent. I had read online that there was construction noise nearby, so I called ahead to inquire before arriving at the hotel. The receptionist helped me choose a quiet room, and there were also signs in the room indicating this. I arrived at the hotel close to 10 PM, exhausted and hungry from the journey. The complimentary hot porridge and simple main course provided for dinner were a welcome surprise. The library had a wide selection of books, which were also very well chosen. The rooms were spacious, and every detail reflected the hotel's attentive care for its guests. The staff were all very professional. I wish the Atour Hotel in Liupanshui continued success."
