The waiter said they'd replace it right away, but after waiting 50 minutes, nothing happened. I called the front desk, but they said they were out getting one. It was already 10:50 PM. I insisted on being moved. The room I was given wasn't working, and the sink wasn't draining!"

"I knew it was a budget Holiday Inn, but I still had some expectations when I chose it. Turns out it wasn't great and didn't meet them. There was ash in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned, and it was very obvious. You can't even call this an oversight; it wouldn't have happened if anyone had checked the room. Crucially, the oxygen supply in the room was poor and weak. After a whole night of diffuse oxygen supply, the oxygen content in the room barely increased from 20% to just over 22%, roughly equivalent to an altitude of 3500 meters. This was really frustrating. I specifically chose an international chain brand for reliable oxygen supply, but it was far worse than the Mandala Hotel I stayed at in Tagong Town for just over 200 yuan, which easily achieved oxygen levels equivalent to an altitude of over 2000 meters. The front desk service was, well, just reception. Like a guesthouse. The room, however, was quite large and new."
