Floden, toilettet, senge, kuddene og komfortablerne var alle komfortabele og rene.TV har anstændige kanaler og kappen havde nok hængere.Også en god mængde overfladepladser til at placere vores ting og bagage. Stor plads med fantastisk værdi og meget tilgængelig med en tramstation lige uden for indgangen!Servicepersonalet var meget hjælpsomt og venligt, og flydende på engelsk.Flot sted!"

There's a bad smell in both the lobby and the room, and the breakfast is truly poor, with a few low-quality items, especially the sweets. Fortunately, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. It's a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't even deserve two."

"We stayed in the "Cozy" apartment in Linz for an extended weekend. We were very satisfied. It's spacious, beautiful, very bright, with large windows, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, the bedroom is separate (so you can close the door if someone gets up early, for example), and the toilet is also separate from the small bathroom. Everything was great for us; we had a view of the quiet inner courtyard. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here; the value for money is really good, and you just can't get 45 m² with two large rooms for that price in the best neighborhood or right on the town square. We'd love to come back!"
