"Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!"

Not ok to not give access to something you paid for. Did not respond to my message for assistance. Advertised as free parking which is not true."

"This B&B is the former Hotel Prielmayer, which is still partially evident in the interior design (the faucet in room 407; the warning sign in the elevator). Currently, some renovations are underway, which are desperately needed. Hopefully, the bathroom will get better lighting, and perhaps some of the dishes from room 407 will be found in the church again. Breakfast was very good; however, the leaves and roots should be removed from the radishes."

"The hotel is well located for visiting Linz's city center, but unfortunately, it lacks other positives. There's a bad smell in both the lobby and the room, and the breakfast is truly poor, with a few low-quality items, especially the sweets. Fortunately, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. It's a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't even deserve two."

The breakfast is a must. Most if not all things organic. Big spread with something tasty for any tastes, catering to many food preferences and sensitivities. Even have their own juicer!"

The room is very basic but functional and the single bed is in a wooden environment which limits the movements in the night.
