"本次出行攜2位姐姐及1位高齡爺爺出行，為姐妹三人特意提前預訂貴店稀缺的三床閨蜜房。這是我選擇這家酒店的唯一理由。我想要的是姐妹同住、晚上可以圍坐聊天、彼此陪伴的團聚感。 説白了：我是衝著你們的招牌特色菜來的，不是來吃隨處都有的家常菜。隨便哪家酒店都訂得到三間大床房，我沒有必要專程選這裏。 當天台州陰雨降温，房間有四扇窗＋1扇陽台門、臨街通風大，本身就很冷。但房間空調調到40度依舊完全不制熱；洗澡水温衹有38度，不夠暖和，浴室排風還關不掉，一直吹冷風。我在浴室凍了十幾分鍾，前後折騰了兩個多小時才處理問題，體驗很差。經理解釋，因為三床房入住率低，未做入住前設施巡檢。住宿最基本就是熱水和暖氣，兩樣都不檢查，是對客人體驗和基礎居住安全的不負責。 酒店給出解決問題的辦法： 兩間大床房：兩間大床房858元，對比原一間三床房1058元，既降價、又拆分住宿，直接破壞姐妹同住的初衷，無法接受。 三間大床房：看似補償到位，算下來少花了200多元，但我真的一點便宜都不想佔，我衹想要一份姐妹團聚、深夜聊天的氛圍，是情感專屬，一晚舒服住宿。滿心歡喜安排的一趟姐妹同行，被基礎品控失誤完全打亂、體驗感完全歸零。畢竟不論哪家酒店都可以預訂三間大床房，何必選擇這家。 與前台溝通無效後，經理過來解決，還算積極客氣，都不容易，每年入住那麼多酒店，衹給過一家酒店差評。但真實體驗擺在眼前，本次實在無法給予好評。也希望貴店重視冷門房型的日常巡檢，不要再辜負遠方專程而來的客人。"
