This property provides a spacious up & downstairs area. Upstairs, you will find a large living area with loveseat and recliner seating and open to the efficiency-style kitchen, full appliances, and cooking arrangements. A 6-seat dining table next to the window overlooks the covered bridge and front property view. 2 bedrooms off-set the main living area with 1 queen bed in each room.
The 2 beds may accommodate 4 guests—2 per bed. However, if separate beds are required for guests, the home can only accommodate two guests (1 per bed).
Downstairs, you will find the bathroom, a TV room, couch, and laundry area.
Guest access

The house is in a convenient neighborhood location, with easy access to Redstone Arsenal, HSV airport, US Space and Rocket Center, manufacturing plants, and shopping centers. It is also easy to get to downtown Huntsville.
The decor is inspired by our family travels in Europe and tastefully decorated in Scandinavian/mid-century modern style, emphasizing functionality. The Master bedroom has a king bed, 42-inch Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. Each bedroom has a dresser and hangers so you can put away your clothes to feel more at home. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, and laundry hampers in each bedroom for convenience during longer stays. The living room features an electric fireplace, ceiling fan, and 55-inch Smart TV.
In the evening, enjoy the lounge area with a round of cards and a drink in a vintage glass. After a day of work, relax outside on the patio under the pergola and Italian lights. Grill out dinner on the gas grill. Youtube TV and high-speed wifi are included.
The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, featuring a Nespresso Vertuo machine with milk frother in addition to a 14-cup drip coffee maker.
We are parents ourselves and we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. The house is stocked with a travel crib and high chair. If you have any other baby/child needs, please ask and we will work to accommodate you.
There is plenty of room for pets and kids to play in the fenced-in backyard.

The views are UNREAL! Gas fireplace for cooler nights. For you chefs there are XL green egg, outside gas griddle 36 in., and all the normal kitchen amenities. Riverside doc, boat ramp for smaller craft, and a mile from a free boat launch. Decks galore for your chilling pleasure. Surrounded by nature and an unbelievable bird and wildlife population. Opposite shore is TVA owned and sparsely populated on a 64,000 hechtacre Lake Wheeler. World class bass fishing. Excellent ski and recreational boating. Kayak and stand up paddle board on site. Adjacent property to the west is unbuilt and is a haven for incredible bird population. Wifi and Smart TVs available, but we know you don't care about those. Excellent place to gather yourself, recharge, write music, or a launch pad for Huntsville, Athens, Florence and Muscle Shoals attractions. We'd love to share this with right minded folks seeking peace and tranquility. This is a very clean and nice house and incredible location. Excellent beds.
