"I came to Liling to visit relatives and originally planned to stay at the Wyndham, but my relatives said there was a new one nearby, so I stayed there instead. I arrived around 1 a.m. When I checked in, I told the front desk four or five times not to book the last room. I travel for work all year round and have stayed in countless hotels in countless cities, but this was the last room I found. I called the front desk to ask why it was the last room, and the first thing she said was that she didn't have any rooms left. I said she should have told me earlier that she didn't have any rooms left, so I could choose not to stay. Then she said she didn't know it was the last room... Considering it was almost 2 a.m., I hung up. I've been traveling for work for over ten years and have stayed in hotels all over China, and this is the first time I've ever experienced this. I was utterly speechless."

The front desk staff were very polite and enthusiastic, offering assistance to first-time visitors to Liling. They were proactive and experienced. The room was quite large, clean and tidy, the bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the toilet was clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast the next day was terrible. Besides the limited food, the service was extremely poor. They kept clearing away the dishes before 9 am and kept asking if I was finished eating. The hotel provides a washing machine and luggage storage."
