"I really would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lijiang. The owner of the hotel has been so helpful throughout my stay, I added his WeChat and he has been able to give me recommendations and reliable tours throughout. I have even been able to just ask him about any general local know-how! The place itself is about 5 minutes to the north gate of the ancient city, making early wake ups for hikes and tours really manageable. The room is really clean and comfortable and I was very impressed by the included breakfast. 5/5!"

"The best decision I made on this trip to Lijiang was staying at this guesthouse! The owner and staff are incredibly warm and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you check in. We were even lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a fantastic view! There are adorable pets in the courtyard to interact with, and fresh fruit available for picking and tasting – a perfect experience. The owner also patiently recommended must-visit local attractions and specialty foods that were both affordable and delicious, with no duds whatsoever. They can directly help arrange various itineraries, private car hires, tours, and tickets for the 'Romance of Lijiang' show, which is super convenient. Everyone here is so genuine and thoughtful, making the entire trip full of surprises and warmth. It's especially worth mentioning that the owner also enthusiastically invited us to enjoy local Pu'er tea for free. Sipping tea and chatting, learning about Yunnan culture, was a fantastic experience that truly made us feel the warmth of human connection and the comfort of home. If you come to Lijiang, you absolutely, positively must stay here; you won't regret it, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must-visit! A must-stay! "Location: It's near Heilongtan and a short walk to the old street. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. Service: All the staff were welcoming and friendly. For example, they helped carry my luggage before I even arrived at the hotel, helped contact the airline when my flight was delayed, and replaced my hairdryer at midnight. They also gave good advice on places to visit. Room condition: The room is modern and can be controlled with AI voice commands to turn lights, curtains, and air conditioning on and off (Chinese language only). The bathroom is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the room door is not very soundproof. Food: Breakfast is a set menu with unlimited refills. What I liked most was the afternoon tea with fruit served while enjoying the view of the Yulong Mountain. There was also a Suyoucha-making workshop in the evening, which was a fun activity and allowed me to chat with other guests."
