"Extremely lousy service, gave them our passports to check in yet the staff kept asking for our ID. Worse still, they passed us their hotel guests registration forms to complete! We booked a family room and only 2 towels in the room. We tried calling front desk, room service, assistant manager no one answered. In the end we had to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels. Shower form was not filled to an acceptable level, same for toilet paper. Service is really crap. Location is good but there are a lot of hotels nearby so do not come this hotel."
