"Bad experience with bedbugs. I strongly advise against the Hotel Triumf. During our stay, we encountered a bedbug infestation in our room. Upon arrival, the room seemed clean, but once night fell, bedbugs began to appear, including on my children's bed. I took a video of the bugs and showed it to the hotel manager, who insisted that they were just mosquitoes and that their presence was due to the fact that we had eaten in the room, which is inaccurate. Despite the clear video evidence of the infestation, the manager refused to accept the situation and remained defensive. After a long discussion, he decided to refund us, but also demanded that we leave the hotel at 1:30 a.m., along with our three children. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night, which was very uncomfortable and stressful. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management is alarming. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears unwilling to take responsibility for cleanliness and customer service. As travelers, we need to be aware of these potential issues."

"The food was fantastic and very cheap!! I wasn't in the hotel, just the restaurant, absolutely fantastic, beautiful restaurant, fantastic atmosphere, what prices, incredibly large plates for a few euros, very fair prices!!! There is a children's playground next door, lots of fun"

"Since the day we arrived everything went the way it supposed to. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming (especially Eri and Bona the sweetest people we ever met), kind, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options every day (you mustt try the sea foods and pasta’s). The beach was stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. Everything about the place was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor areas. You can tell they truly care about every detail. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!"

"Wonderful place, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect, pillows are the fluffiest! Air conditioning as it was ridiculously hot. Pool was glorious on those hot days. Lots of space around the pool, but wasn’t lots of people at the time of our holiday. Host Alta and her family were absolutely amazing - they made our stay perfect in every way. Food was delicious, fresh daily and great recommendations. So helpful in every way, the stay was made complete because of her hospitality! Great for animal lovers, not loads of animals but chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese, cats and dogs roaming free which we loved. Activities and water sports available as it’s close to the lake, as well as bikes. Overall an amazing time and will definitely recommended if you want peace and quiet, great food and wonderful hosting! Thank you so much to everyone at Rambuje Resort ❤️"

"Hotellet fortjener ikke god vurdering...Jeg spekulerer på, hvordan nogen, der blev her, kan give sådanne høje score.Jeg besøgte hotellet i oktober.Den eneste positive var dejlig udsigt fra 6. sal og værelset var okay renset. Priserne er som i alle 4-stjernede hoteller i Albanien, men servicen er under 1-stjerne.Mad er forfærdelig.Jeg havde HB med reservation, og mad var forfærdelig. Der er kun én mulighed for middag for alle gæster, tage den eller forlade den, og det kommer koldt og mistænksomt uden drikkevarer.Frugt med meget små muligheder ti vælge og ingen kaffe eller te. Der er lugt i nærheden, ikke sikker på, om det er fra hotellet eller fra nærheden, men sørg for at holde vinduet lukket. Vi kunne ikke få en god nats søvn, da der var en gruppe skolebørn (ca. 15-årige) som festede hele natten, som blev bosat på hotellet, og for hvem vi ikke blev fortalt, da jeg gjorde reservationen. En hund går i restauranten hele dagen, det gør dig overveje, hvor ren alt er.Den 15. oktober lejede de parasoller for 5 EUR"
