"We stayed as a family of five in this hotel. The people were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is a two minute walk to the town, and a five minute walk to the ski lift, so perfectly placed. We loved the self serve breakfast and the huge selection of board games in the bar. The bar was lively in the evening and a nice place to socialise. If I returned to Les Gets, I’d hope to stay at this hotel again."

"The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. It’s 2 minutes walk from the Chevannes chair and right in the middle of the village next to the supermarket and restaurants. The rooms are tiny. I booked a twin room to stay 5 nights for my son and myself. What we got in reality was a very small room (A single in comparison to anywhere else) with two tiny single beds in it. There is no where to sit in the room and chill other than lie on the bed but make sure you don’t hit your head on the wooden rail at head height on the wall! Without doubt the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Wardrobe space and clothes storage is limited to a narrow wardrobe and a cupboard with shelves. I was told by the person who checked us in to display the “please service my room” banner on the door if we wanted the room serviced / cleaned each day. We did that each day and after the 3rd day of our room not being touched I complained and requested the room be cleaned and new towels. To be fair to the person working on reception who also covered breakfasts - was very helpful and said she would sort it. We got our towels but the rest of the room remained untouched including the contents of the bin I’d emptied 3 times and no replacement toilet rolls. The breakfasts are adequate but limited. The person running breakfast looked very stretched doing everything on her own and I give her credit for being friendly and helpful in a chaotic environment. To top the stay off, I’m writing this at 4:10am on the last day of our stay having been woken up by what sounded like a mass brawl taking place somewhere in the building. I love Les Gets but would not return to Regina."

"Dette skotske familiedrevne hotel er et smykke.Lysernes beliggenhed er perfekt.Atmosfæren er venlig med John og hans smukke familie som mine værter. Baren er levende (vi havde bagrør og en band en nat.Bliv halvbords, middagen er ude af denne verden med en anden menu hver nat, der tilbyder virkelig interessante og innovative retter.Og sjældent, for ski hoteller, en kogt morgenmad."
