"Vi valgte dette smukke hotel i en af Schweiz' mest fantastiske dele til at fejre vores 10-års bryllupsdag, og det var virkelig det perfekte valg. Fra det øjeblik, vi ankom, blev vi gjort til at føle os utroligt velkommen og var grundigt forsvundne i hele vores ophold.Personalet var usædvanligt venligt, opmærksomt, hjælpsomt og professionelt, hvilket gjorde hele erfaringen føler sig besværlig og speciel. Restauranten er fremragende, tilbyder en virkelig højklasses spiseoplevelse, og morgenmad er fremragende, mens spaen er ganske usædvanlig, et vidunderligt sted at slappe af og slappe af. Mountain Lodge Backpackercamp ★★

"The accommodation was unsuitable for a large group such as a ski club. The staff were neither accommodating nor particularly friendly. We had to overcrowd the rooms, even though the bathrooms were clearly not designed for such a large group: only the first 15 people had access to hot water. The shared kitchen was unprofessional, poorly equipped, and poorly maintained. The carpeting in the rooms was stained, and regulating the temperature was difficult, resulting in excessive heat. Positive points: bed linen was provided, and the location of the accommodation was good."

"We had room 205 with balcony. Despite being quite big, Hotel Kreuz manages to be cosy. Our room was fairly simple but it was fine and it worked. Not too many frills in the room but we still felt good in it. Very friendly check-in staff. We wanted lunch in the small and cosy restaurant facing the road and although the kitchen was actually closed in preparation for dinner later, when we said we were just looking for a bowl of tomato soup they let us in and served us nice soup and bread. All in all, a very positive experience."
