"This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in & we have been to a lot! However, there is a but….. The good: As soon as you walk into the reception and wonder around the hotel, you suddenly feel at ease. Every small detail of the hotel has been well thought through. We had a river view room with a small balcony looking over the river and pool. The room was large, comfortable and really nicely decorated. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Dotted around the hotel are lots of small areas with table and chairs where you could sit and chill out. The pool area and gardens are beautiful and well kept. There also a gym and sauna. Breakfasts are awesome, with so much high quality food to choose from. The young staff team were great, so helpful and cheerful doing what they could to help, even with the language barrier. The but…..on our last day we decided to spend the day chilling around the hotel, or tried to anyway. The were maintenance guys changing door lock banging around all day, so we thought we would move to the pool area, where the guys building a new building were also banging around all day. So there was no where to escape, which was really disappointing. A note from the hotel informing us of the work may have helped us plan to be elsewhere! Having said that, we loved the hotel."

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but it's not living up to it. They spend a lot of money on the facade, but ignore the details. The front of house and grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice. From there it goes downhill. As you get deeper into the complex, you see it is in need of serious repair. Obvious by the broken chairs in the pool bar, the decaying Children's Park, and the 1987 "Fitness Center". My room was generally clean, but needed some attention. The balcony door lock was broken. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Most annoying was the termite infested bathroom door that wouldn't open or close. The staff were mostly nice, but the young girl at the front desk really needs some customer service training. She could start by making eye contact when speaking to guests and trying to at least pretend they exist. Breakfast was enjoyable with a large variety. It was "okay," but I will stay somewhere else on my next visit."

"It's a beautiful, very well-maintained accommodation with consistently friendly and helpful staff. We were very happy with our choice. It's also in a very quiet location, yet the town center is only about a 10-minute walk away. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay."

"Vi har haft en vidunderlig oplevelse i denne gæst under vores ophold i Diamant Chapada. Overnatning er fremragende, meget komfortabel og med simpelthen fantastisk udsigt. Gæsten er yderst tiltrækkende og fuld af personlighed, med mange kulturelle detaljer, der gør miljøet endnu mere specielt. Desuden har den en smuk forbindelse til naturen, der giver en atmosfære af fred og ro i hele opholdet. En særlig fremhævelse går til morgenmad, som hver dag var et separat show: mange forskellige, alt meget smagfuldt og forberedt med meget omhyggelig. Det var uden tvivl et perfekt valg for vores rejse. Jeg anbefaler dem, der søger komfort, charme og en ægte oplevelse i naturen."
