No customer service, no sense of responsibility. A hotel that doesn't address such issues is absolutely not recommended. I will definitely not be returning – and I can only advise everyone to do their research beforehand."

"This was our first time in Leipzig. The hotel is very nice. Everything was great, especially the breakfast was top notch! The only thing to complain about was the check-in. There was no explanation of the WiFi or the times for breakfast. They just asked us to pay and give us our details. We were then given the key card and released. Then at 7am the mowing work started in front of our window around the hotel. Very unpleasant after a long journey."
