"I actually enjoyed staying at this hotel much more than I anticipated. Extremely spacious and well laid out room. Super clean. Very friendly reception. The breakfast spread was also impressive with very nice team. Location right next to station and city center. Great price. What more can one ask for. Perhaps a Russian oligarchs son called Dimitri."

"The service is impeccable. Though I was surprised that the room was only half done by the time I checked in and open the door for the first time. I contacted front desk staff. Housekeeping came in 20min. He finished tidying up and send me a welcome plate of assorted sweets in half an hour as an apology. This delayed my plan a bit but I'm glad it's fixed. The room is spacious, warm, and up to its usual standard. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is tasty with enough to choose from. Will surely consider it again if I come Leipzig next time."

"The room with a balcony and window overlooking the courtyard was small but very appealing. The location is a bit outside the center, but there are good transport links. We arrived by car, but unfortunately, contrary to the website, there was no parking on the street. Thankfully, we were able to find a spot for an extra €5.00 in a separate, gated lot about 400 meters away. We gladly accepted this offer. Without it, we really wouldn't have known where to park our car. This should be clearly stated on the hotel's website. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would gladly stay again."

"The stay was unfortunately a complete disaster. The floor in the room was badly stained and looked unhygienic – completely unacceptable for a hotel. But it got even worse: during the night, part of the ceiling collapsed! This could have been extremely dangerous. I immediately reported the incident to reception, but received neither an apology nor any suggestion of a solution. Even after my written complaint, I still haven't received any response. No customer service, no sense of responsibility. A hotel that doesn't address such issues is absolutely not recommended. I will definitely not be returning – and I can only advise everyone to do their research beforehand."

"This hotel is very very centrally located and with air conditioners in the room! It is just few minutes walk to most of the scenic points. We were there during the heat wave when the temperature was like 40 degree celcius so we were able to get back to the hotel to cool down and take rest and went out again whenever we wished. Service is top notch compared to most German hotels and staff speak fluent English. We also had dinner at the restaurant which turned out to be the best food we have during the 3 week German trip."

"Check-in was smooth and friendly. However, as soon as we entered the lobby, we immediately noticed how worn out the lounge chairs were. Considering the hotel only opened in 2018, it's already quite run down. Our room was generally okay, but the blackout curtain was stained, which was disgusting. This was our third stay at the NH Hotel Leipzig City, but we felt that the breakfast used to be better (more varied). Check-out was very easy."

Det andet booket blå i en bygning på fodgængergaden, der ikke har nogen egen parkeringsplads, skal til et par hundrede meters afstand offentlig parkeringsplads. Kørselspartnere husker at booke en parkeringsplads i forvejen med hotellet, ellers kan de ikke få kontraktprisen (5 euro om natten)."

"Jeg kan godt lide hotellet.Det var rent, og stedet er i byens centrum. Det var min første dag i Tyskland, og jeg fik god velkomst og god plads til at sove efter en lang overførsel (over 20-timers flyvning) og før jeg går til skoleregistrering næste dag. Selv om prisen var ret høj, men det var det værd.Kun et målepunkt var, at taxien ikke kunne komme ind på gaden, så det var svært for mig at trække mine to store bagage ud på hovedgaden. Alt i alt var fantastisk!"

"The reception was friendly but rather unprofessional. The room was okay, but not worth the price. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows felt like cheap ones. It was very noisy at night facing the street, and we had to close the window. The tram connection was excellent! The stop was right in front of the hotel, and it was only one stop to the main train station. Breakfast was good; there was something for everyone, and the breakfast room was bright and welcoming. In conclusion: the hotel was okay, but we found it too expensive compared to other hotels."
