"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

"Search reviews M X 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google never stayed in a similar towel. Photos are completely INGREDIENT! We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. On the bottom of the water tartaro by anyone how much. No shower tape, a wet-shaking smell, so much that old and strawed bed hand towels and our clothes were almost wet; a vomiting stick out of the washing room without a cap; a broken coffee machine. Breakfast served in the indoor courtyard, very different from the pictures, all sweet, dirty, red and colourless gadget, anybody knows when the pictures are. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

Det bedste sted at være i Malta, meget fantastisk ung atmosfære i fantastiske omgivelser. Meget usædvanlig lobby, men virkelig komfortabel og aktiv for alle kunder, smuk bar og fantastisk restaurant. Meget god område rundt med nataktivitet og mindre end 50 meter fra havet. Flere typer restauranter, herunder den meget berømte Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Malta Chains ) Film, bowling og natklubber, barer og restauranter rundt samt virkelig smukke shoppingcentre"

"The owner had the initial review removed. I felt it was important that future travelers have the ability to access the facts as stated. This is not an opinion but straight forward facts from our stay. Dimora San Jacopo is a 3 star villa with a 5 star pool. Air conditioning was very poor throughout the common spaces and all bedrooms. Bathrooms include small showers with solid water pressure. Each guest was given one bath towel and one pool towel for the full stay of 4 nights. Beds and mattresses need to be replaced and did not have blankets. Linens nor towels were washed or replaced during our stay. In short, go in with your eyes open and you will not be disappointed."

At night, it was brightly lit with torches, showcasing an artistic flair in every detail. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicate and refreshing pastries, and the service was attentive."

"I stayed in Lecce from Japan. This B&B is easily accessible from the station and is the perfect place to stay for sightseeing in the beautiful city of Lecce! This time, I was touched by the personality and kindness of the owner, Francesco, and I also got to talk to and become friends with a friendly couple who were staying in another room. It was a heartwarming B&B. When we said our final goodbyes, I hugged Francesco and swore I'd never forget the kindness of the people of Lecce. It was an experience that made me never want to leave the city, so I highly recommend it!!"

The breakfast at BB Lecce Salento is very rich with cakes, cornetti, cheese, cold cuts, juice and, of course, coffee. The service is very good, everyone is helpful. We stayed there for 10 days and were very satisfied."
