We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"Good location within walking distance to Centro Storico. Great restaurants, bars, cafe’s all around the accomodation. The only let down was parking - it is not included, you either have to be lucky enough to find on the street or pay. Not a big deal but good to know. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, gracious staff."

"The worst possible experience. After saying I needed to change my card, I called and they confirmed there was no problem. Then, 30 hours before arrival, I received an email canceling the reservation for 14 people, causing me a huge problem. Don't even think about booking here. It's a scam. I hope the Puglia consumer protection agency takes action against these accommodations that are damaging such a beautiful area."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions. The hotel and room design and decor are superb! It retains a medieval charm while incorporating modern style and contemporary art. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel owner is incredibly welcoming and attentive. On the day I arrived by car, there was temporary roadwork, and my GPS couldn't find a suitable route. The hotel sent someone to help me get there – a huge thank you! Parking costs €25 per day; be sure to book in advance and get confirmation. Note that there are strict traffic regulations in the old town. The breakfast is excellent! It's a combination of à la carte and buffet style."

The service staff are enthusiastic but generally do not speak much English. It is best to bring an Italian translator. There are also a wide variety of breakfast options. It is relatively close to the city, 1-2 km walk to the city, 35-40 minutes by taxi to Gallibury, the seaside restaurant is relatively cheap, red wine is about 20 euros a bottle, the boss is hospitable and does not charge service fee"

"The room is quite nice, too bad that the room cleaning service is practically non-existent, they barely pull up the duvet without even fixing the sheet underneath and the towels changed only after three days. The location is nice because it is very central but if you come by car you will have to leave it far away because the structure is in a ZTL area."
