"The hotel is in a great location with the railway station opposite and the main town only a 10 minute walk away. There is parking on site but only for about 2 or 3 cars so best to book in advance, it costs 15 euros. All of the staff were helpful and check in was fast. The rooms were of a good size for a family of 3, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar is reasonable prices. We have booked to return for a night to break our journey up on the way back through France. "

"Distance 10/10 Service 5/10 Room cleaniness 8/10 Clean room, size is okay for family of 4. However, they lack what I feel essential items thst should be basic necessity in any hotel rooms - Pot to boil water. - No tea/coffee or cups/spoons in rooms. - Bottled water Distance to tram within 5 mins. Distance to the main train station 5 mins. Receptionist isnt friendly at all. No smile on the face. My room was out of electricity the first day, so I called and wanted to get it checked. Staff was what I felt rude. I was telling her that the electricity in the room was out. There was no TV, my phones weren’t charging. She kept guiding me on how to turn on the TV. I made ir clear about what was happening and then she snapped and said “I am not an electrician, so I wouldn’t know how to help you”. Then she insisted that I come down and change rooms. She claims she is alone at the counter, therefore unable to fix the bedding for the sofa bed. So asked me to wait for another hour so she could do that, but I can’t be bothered with her tone and do it myself. Could do better Ibis. I hope you do."
