"Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with this hotel. For a high price, we received a room that felt more like a dorm. The furnishings were spartan, and the bathroom was an afterthought – so small you could barely move. Breakfast was made with poor quality ingredients and had very limited choices. Overall, I'm very disappointed that we paid much more for the room than it was worth."

"The hotel is located close to the city center of Lavagna, as well as the train station that takes you to Cinque Terre. The hotel backs up to a huge marina, great for an early morning walk as well as several great (seafood) restaurants. Our favorite was the downtown Lavagna city square, with great Pizza and gourmet dining options. Now about the hotel. The hotel is operated by the owners, they are great people. Everything is immaculate from the beautiful updated rooms ( with airconditioning) to the lobby. Everything was very tasteful decorated. We where welcomed by a very friendly staff. This was our fourth hotel of a 8 day trip, it was definitely standing out by location, cleanliness, atmosphere etc. If you are looking for a peaceful hotel, in a great location, this is it."

"Hvor er det fantastisk!Jeg skriver normalt ikke anmeldelser, men dette sted fortjener al den positive opmærksomhed, det kan få.Jeg valgte dette hotel i sidste øjeblik på min første rejse til Italien. Jeg kom fra Firenze, og efter en træt togtur ankom jeg til den mest venlige, positive medarbejder på fronten. Jeg blev straks hilset velkommen med venlighed, og efter en let check ind, var jeg ved at sippe drikke og blive serveret snacks ved poolen på ingen tid.Udsigterne taler for sig selv, og den omgivende by var cool at udforske. Andrea bartenderen var fantastisk og gik ovenpå og ud over, og hjalp mig med at planlægge resten af min ophold, samt være super opmærksom på alle gæster.Giuliano, manageren kunne ikke have været en mere velkommen tilstedeværelse. Han og resten af personalet var så hyggelige, og jeg kunne faktisk lære meget om områdets kultur og nogle "må se" aktiviteter.Jeg kan ikke tale højt nok om dette smukke sted, personalet, Tak alle for de fantastiske minder, jeg vil have for mit liv.Jeg håber at vende tilbage i 2025."
