"We stayed 4 nights (07.24-27,2025) to attend a 50th wedding anniversary. We arrived late at night after a long flight. DIEGO was at the reception. He was welcoming and reassuring that our reservation was good. It set a good impression of the hotel. The following day, and all the breakfast thereafter, CLAUDIO was a perfect host. He had a table reserved every day for our group of 7. He prepared a special extra food, not in the set menu, like scrambled egg, pancakes, fungi. I noticed that he engaged in slight conversation with other guests. He made a good team with his colleague SIMONE. We also commend ERICA who assisted us with our transportation need to srive us to the church. She has always a smile and a happy personality. SERENA too was a big help in assisting me with my printing needs. I like to write reviews of the personnel because they are the face and living billboards of the hotel"

"Fabulous hotel and amazing service and staff who looked after us! We had a junior suite with sea views and a gorgeous balcony ! The hotel had a real vibe and very much the place to be - at the weekend they have a live band in the bar area and have a wonderful seafront terrace - they have two fabulous restaurants and breakfast was amazing!! We will definitely be back again as great place to enjoy!!"

"The hotel is located directly on the beach. On the ground floor, there's a bar with a sea-view terrace and direct access to the shore. The room is spacious, with beautiful wallpaper behind the headboard. It's equipped with a safe and a small refrigerator for drinks, located inside the closet. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The room also has a small balcony. The closet is very small, with only four hangers; furthermore, the adjacent wall, where the closet ends, has a noticeable crack. The bathroom, unfortunately, isn't up to par with the room and is decidedly dated. The shower is enclosed by a plastic curtain on a rail, secured with snaps (similar to those on jackets), which were completely stuck. Unable to close it, the bathroom flooded, and I had to dry everything myself. We reported the problem, and the problem was only fixed the following day. The showerhead is also inoperable: the three spray modes are almost completely blocked, likely due to limescale. The bathroom's ergonomics are terrible: the toilet is too close to the sink (you can use your arm to reach over the sink). The seat is unappealing, looking like the kind you'd find at Leroy's, not in a 3-star hotel. Finally, the toilet paper holder is mounted on the wall near the door, far from the toilet. It would have been much more functional to eliminate the bidet in favor of a handheld showerhead, thus better organizing the space. Some of the tiles behind the door are damaged. The bathroom door is hard to close, and it's also full of rust, and the lower part of the frame is dirty. The cleaning lady was very kind."

"A nightmare, the place was terrible and extremely dirty. I found samples in the shower that had already been used by others and it wasn't clean, dirty sheets, and in the lamp next to the bed there was a rubber band, the yellow plastic one, full of hair. I didn't argue because I went there for the contest and had 24 hours to develop the essay. I felt my time was more valuable, but it absolutely had to be failed just for the cleanliness, let alone the rest, like mosquitoes (in fact the wall was full of dead mosquitoes with strips) and spiders. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!"

"I was in the city of Latina for a meeting and we finished business at around midday so we asked our local friends to suggest a good place for lunch. They suggested this stunning hotel which is about 8 kilometres from the city on the seafront (I had never realised that the city is so close to the sea). We hurried to the Hotel and without any booking we were asked if we wanted to eat in the lovely glass fronted dining room OR outside on the terrace which overlooks the beach. We chose outside as the sun was shining!! Goodness. Wonderful service, excellent seafood and wine and coffee plus VERY good value too, we paid 40 Euro per head for an EXCELLENT lunch!!! Not to be missed if you are in the area as this place has a VERY special look, atmosphere and food."

"Overall a very good stay except for the Wi-Fi not continuously being available and the second room I moved to with a better Wi-Fi reception but didn’t have a good air conditioner also the older gentleman when I checked and assumed I didn’t speak their local language and rather than address the issue of the Wi-Fi not working properly chose to insult me ….And then give me dirty looks😂 great breakfast and I want to especially say thank you to Marina as she was very kind and professional as were all the other staff except for the aforementioned. great location and I look forward to visiting again in the future- it looks like they are making the necessary repairs- I would recommend a booster for their router to ensure all Customers have a positive experience and never assuming that a person doesn’t speak more than one language even though they may choose not to let you know they speak more than one language and understand it quite clearly."

"The worst experience of my life! When we arrived, the room didn't have towels or soap. The building was old, with even older furnishings, broken furniture (or covered in worn fabrics), the bedspread full of cigarette burn marks, the bathroom dirty, the shower broken. To top it all off, my roommate was named BLATTA 🪳 I absolutely wouldn't go back. Terrible experience!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights.. That same evening, arriving at around 9.10pm (after 6 hours of travel), we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, informing us that the kitchen closed at 9.30pm. Leaving our bags in the room, we quickly head down. We sit at the table, order drinks, 2 starters and 2 first courses. I have salmon and octopus in the sauce, my partner has tomato pasta with buffalo mozzarella and fried chicken sticks. We are served the first courses, without even having brought us a drink or bread, when we asked for a drink we were told "yes... sorry... what did you order?". My cold salmon from the fridge, covered in oil and only the taste of vinegar, the pasta completely raw. The second courses were nothing exciting, sticks from the supermarket and some pieces of raw octopus. The same sleepless night, because construction work was being carried out next to the window. The bathroom was really bad, rust, dirt and limescale. The next morning breakfast was all in all discreet and plentiful with various buffet dishes, except that the dishes were not clean. Luckily the next night was quieter. Friendly and helpful staff"
