"We booked this hotel for a 2 week stay on the strength of how the website described the hotel and what it provided to its guests. Upon arrival we discovered there was no welcome bottle of wine or fruit bowl. The bar for a relaxing drink was no longer available. Both of these were advertised on the hotel’s website when we booked. The bathroom was below the standard we expected. It needed a total upgrade, there was mould in the shower, and the shower door could not be fully closed. On 3 occasions the shower flooded in the bathroom and out into the living area. This was due to the drain being blocked. We complained 3 times before any action was taken. Not acceptable. The breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping was great. The cleaning and kitchen staff were polite and friendly."

"This hotel is awesome! I stayed in a hotel of the same price and in the same neighborhood before, but it was not very good. But I really think this hotel is very cost-effective. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is great! There are no other bugs except that there is no swimming pool. The sea is right in front of you. The service attitude is impeccable!"
