Welcome to our home. We are located on the highest point of the Pine Lake Peninsula. Our home is equipped with a beautiful front deck with a wonderful view of the lake.
Inside you will find a comfortable, relaxing living room with a large window to look out onto the lake and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has wonderful stainless steel appliances. Our back deck has seating for four as well as a gas grill for cooking out. On the main floor you will also find the office and one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a Queen sized bed, plenty of dresser and closet space for all your clothes, and more beautiful views of the lake.
Upstairs are the Master and Guest bedrooms. In the Master bedroom, you will find a spacious King size bed, 52" LG HDTV with a ROKU attached for access to Plex, Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The Master bathroom features both a Jacuzzi tub and an overhead rainfall shower head.
The upstairs Guest bedroom features two Queen size beds, a large amount of storage in dressers and closets for all of your clothes and belongings, and another balcony with seating for two and more beautiful views of the lake.
In the basement, you will find comfortable rocker recliner seating for eight and a 65" LG Smart TV with Plex, Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube.
The front door has keypad entry, so there is no risk of locking yourself out, and you can arrive at any time without having to plan to pick up the house keys.
Finally, there is a shared dock that can be used if you rent a boat. Pine Lake is wonderful for swimming, boating, fishing, all types of water sports, and of course, relaxing in the sun. Big Red was built in 2015 by Cornerstone Builders. Big Red has an open floor plan with many upgrades including a six burner gas wolf range and subzero refrigerator with a spacious dining area both in and out on the screened porch.
The open kitchen allows for big gatherings with lots of counter top for many cooks to be in the kitchen! The gas grill is located conveniently off the eat in screened porch and great for morning breakfast and coffee. Big Red is next to the kiddie playground and is surrounded by beautiful tall oak trees up on a hill, and presents a very private setting.
There are 5 bedrooms including 4 queen beds and 3 sets of bunks.
The home sleeps 14 comfortably and there is room to include additional mattresses or cots.
Two of the Queen bedrooms have flat screens for TV viewing and a door that leads out to the 2nd floor deck with comfortable outdoor furniture for star gazing.
Big Red is equipped with 4 full bathrooms, 1 of the bathrooms has a full bathtub and the rest are showers.
Big Red has a laundry room with full size facilities.
Big Red's family room is amazing with a large screen TV and cozy fireplace and enough seating for all! It's truly a home to create family traditions!
The upstairs has a Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the queen rooms.
Downstairs is a quiet room with comfy sofa's and chairs, and plenty of beach gear, toys, games and sports gear.
Big Red comes with a matching golf cart to drive the family down to beautiful lake michigan or just to tour around and enjoy the view!

Parking for two regular size cars. SUV’s and additional cars park in overflow lot a few houses down block.

Upstairs master has a king bed, en suite bathroom, private screened deck, and is secluded from other upstairs rooms. 1st floor master has a king bed and its own private bathroom. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms total. One of the bathrooms has a tub. Checkout the diagrams in the picture section to see how the house is laid out. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. Full size foldable crib is available. Lake Michigan views from 2nd floor! Basement with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, bathroom and an extra entry from outside to brush all the sand off in the mudroom. Enjoy the back deck under the shade trees while grilling out on the large gas grill. Whole house WiFi system with Roku’s on all TV’s. Parking for 4 - 5 cars (depending on size). Only 15 minutes to New Buffalo and Harbor Country. Visit Warren Dunes or take a family friendly day trip to St Joe, Michigan. Be sure to take a picture of the Michigan City Lighthouses twin at Tiscornia Park! Wine country is less than 45 minutes away in Baroda (Tabor Hill and Round Barn to name a couple), but Michigan City also features Shady Creek Winery and multiple breweries!
