"The neptuno is situated on the beach front , very close to shops bars and cafes/restaurants,adult relaxed atmosphere,the rooms are more than adequate for self catering with good walk in shower and large modern tvs recently installed which offer wide range of channels,it is nice to see that mugs are available as opposed to small cups that generally hold a mouthful,staff are very welcoming from the reception staff housekeepers and even the pool attendant, the pool area is spacious with easy access to obtain a newly refurbished sun lounger , breakfast is available if required €15, this was our 5th visit to this hotel in 3 years please remember this is a 2* hotel,and will gladly return to this little gem in the heart of costa teguise"

"This is a family-friendly hotel with children. It has a water park and is popular with many international families with children. The rooms are large, and both bathrooms are also spacious. They even provide two large 1L bottles of water. The facilities are decent, not particularly new for the price. The balcony is huge with a sea view, but the room had a slight odor and was quite windy. You can open the room door for ventilation."

"The breakfast is super delicious!!! The room is big!!! The floor is high!!! The front desk is very handsome!!! The smile is super charming, who knows, I feel like I can become an actor I still miss the hotel breakfast after returning to China for two months When you check in, there will be a private butler to help explain which switches in the room are responsible for what The facilities are very good!!! It's a pity that the itinerary was too full and I didn't have time to experience the spa. I will stay here again next time I come to Koh Lan!"

"This was an insurance placement, we were so upset to be put up in a hostel after staying in a 4 star hotel. But soon changed our mind after arrival. Hostel- bright, modern in all areas, lift and stair access; small cafe/ restaurant; extremely polite and helpful staff . Bedroom- spacious, modern with en-suite and toiletries provided. Location- corner shop and restaurant across the road, near small beautiful marina with cafes; short walk to local high street. Would HIGHLY recommend this hostel."
