"This hotel was booked my a tour I was with and from the moment I arrived I was shocked! There is no proper reception - the men don’t speak English; it’s dark, dirty and smells of smoke. The corridors are dark and dingy. The rooms are disgusting! The decor looks like it’s still in the dark ages and the bathrooms - wow!! They are horrific! The hotel website is a complete photoshop of what the hotel is “like” The restaurant area is ok, but if you are sat outside and they use the BBQ area you are smothered in smoke. The hotel was that bad that within a few hours of arriving I checked out and moved across the road to the Ramada. This hotel is not 3 star …it’s not even 1 star! It’s by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. "

"Shower and bath was great. Spa in hotel was convenient. They offer free airport drop off but they wasted 30 minutes checking the room to make sure we all weren't running away. It was quite disrespectful for the staff not to be honest with us instead they should of just asked us to pay for outstanding bills. Drawers were sticky even after being cleaned. The pillows smelt of BO. Food in the cafe and room service was disappointing. Breakfast buffet was alright. Though the room being next to kitchen caused eye stinging and coughing. Location is not that convenient its far from shopping and food areas albeit close to airport."

"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."

"The room cleaning staff is outstanding, particularly Miss Roqaya. The reception staff, including Miss Saniya Qamar, were very polite. However, the gym fell short of expectations, and the food was not fresh. Although the food distribution staff was good, the food quality was disappointingly low. Considering the high room rent, which is comparable to other hotels in this category, I was expecting more. Nevertheless, I would give them 5 stars solely due to the exceptional behavior of the staff. I hope they will focus on improving the food quality and gym facilities. Best wishes to them."

"Having stayed in numerous hotels and guesthouses over the years while traveling for business, this one is the best. I love the mattress; the support is excellent, clearly made with high-quality materials and no cheap, low-quality mattresses. It's perfect for a relaxing rest after a long day! The guesthouse owner is incredibly attentive and attentive to every detail. She even prepared a sumptuous dinner for us on Dragon Boat Festival, making me feel right at home. The location is also excellent and very safe. It's a welcome contrast to the crowded and oppressive old town. There's a beautiful boutique coffee shop just a few minutes' walk away; the coffee is delicious and the beans are unique. It's always a pleasure to stop by for a cup. The largest and newest shopping mall in the area is also within walking distance, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for business trips, independent travel, and any independent traveler!"
