"We stayed at AVIDEA Hotel recently and had mixed feelings about our experience. The hotel is relatively new and very nicely designed—clean lines, modern decor, and a pleasant overall aesthetic. However, it just didn’t quite resonate with us, and we felt it lacked a certain warmth or atmosphere. The location is in a residential area, which makes it quiet, but it also means there’s not much privacy. Rooms are unfortunately not very soundproof, so we could hear other guests quite easily. The rooftop pool, while visually appealing, felt a bit small for the number of guests, especially during peak hours. AVIDEA is an all-inclusive hotel, which is convenient, with food and drinks included. While the presentation of the meals was quite nice, we found the food rather bland and not reflective of the rich culinary heritage of South Tyrol. It felt more generic than local. Overall, it’s a well-maintained and visually attractive hotel with a few drawbacks. While some may love the minimalist vibe and find the setting relaxing, it simply wasn’t quite to our taste."

"I found this hotel by chance, it is situated very unique on the hill side above Meran in nature blessed location. Totally quiet. The place and staff was very friendly and despite late arrival I could enjoy a good meal with local ham, cheese and bread on the terrace. The room was spatious, very clean and had a fabulous view over the valley. All around the hotel, garden, pool area is very well maintained and beautifully taken care of. The price is very reasonable (low compared to what you get). I only stayed there 1 night but enough to say this is a perfect place and the breakfast was excellent too. Can only recommend it, a jewel in the hills, outside of Meran."

"Vi er lige kommet hjem efter Everynissanti broen mellem Merano, Lagundo og Resia. Vi har boet i denne bygning og vi var virkelig glade. Vi har taget en date, da alle værelserne var allerede booket! Men for os var det meget bedre, fordi en aften vi blev til middag i “vores lejlighed” og vi kunne lide denne “romantiske middag i privatlivet”!! Denne bygning er meget smuk, har en spektakulær udsigt over en melon og bjerge. Svømmebad og sauna meget smukt! Meget overflod morgenmad altid leveret af lækre ting! Vi blev super tilfredse! Jeg anbefaler det kraftigt! Den eneste tvivl, der er tilbage for mig er... Men hvis nøglen til at åbne hovedporten så udefra bygningen hvor lejlighederne er var den samme som vores lejlighed ... alle har nøglen til den udefra, så alle nøglerne til møder er lige? Det var bare en nøgle til både at åbne og åbne lejligheden."

"We stayed here for about a week in a type B apartment. I'll start by saying not to rely on the floor plans on the site: they are absolutely not truthful. The apartment consists of only two rooms, bathroom and living area, there was no sofa bed and cabinet with the TV, the kitchenette and the bed were all in the same room, in which there was also a mini table with two chairs. Pros: - Mrs. Petra was very friendly, she even left us a thought before leaving - the terrace is very comfortable for eating outside, especially in the morning and evening as the air is fresh - the area is quiet, in the evening and at night there is no noise except that of the forest animals - the bus stop is under the apartment therefore very convenient for taking advantage of the guest card which allows you to use buses and trains for free, even if the connections with the bus that starts from Lagundo town hall are really too narrow at times and it is better to go down on foot (there is also a path in the middle of a vineyard that shortens the road to get to the town hall). I recommend the altoadigemobilita app to check the routes and timetables of trains and buses - the bathroom is large, especially the shower - good cleanliness - really beautiful view from the terrace - the WiFi in the apartment works very well Cons: - few dishes, There are literally three pots and they are all the same type (the classic ones for heating pasta water, for example), there isn't even a pan, for example. Of some types of dishes there are two, of others three, of others four: it seems a bit like a jumble of leftover crockery placed at random in the apartment, for example there is an absolutely useless splash guard given that there is no It's not even a frying pan. Other things, such as one of the two cutting boards, would need to be changed: the handle is rusty and mold is starting to appear on the wood. In general it seems not to be well maintained, in the apartment below ours we witnessed the umbrella cover falling from its structure and tearing while it was closed, probably due to wear and tear. Also bring salt, sugar, etc. from home because you won't find them. There is however a kettle with some tea bags. - in the shower there is absolutely nothing to place the shower gel or anything else, it would be useful to add some shelves - the parking is not adequate for the number of guests that the structure can accommodate, if you return late during the periods when the apartments are full you will not find a place in the dedicated parking and in the surrounding area there is nowhere to put the car (Mrs. Petra still leaves the possibility, in the evening, to park it in front of her garage) - for separate waste collection two bins are given, one in the bathroom and one downstairs at the sink, but for example there is nothing for the waste and it is not clear where it should be put: in the common room dedicated to the bins there is a waste bin but we were told that they don't have bags"
