"We've stayed here before so were looking forward to going back. The gardens down to the beach were previously were tranquil and interesting, the pool a lovely attraction and great views. However, this time we were quite disappointed. The pool was still good. But the bar/cafe didn't open until 12 and closed at 6pm. Lots of people didn't arrive to sit around the pool until late afternoon so 6pm closing is too early. The lack of food on offer was poor. We didn't eat as we didn't want a toasted sandwich. Breakfast is not great. It's a buffet in a very small area so when the hotel is busy it's hard work. Same limited selection daily. Some days pastries good - other days quite stale. No atmosphere around the bar area in the evening. It was used to sit and wait for someone before going out. Good car parking, great location just out of town but an easy 25 min walk."

"The hotel, is located in a quiet area near two beautiful beaches. The two bed apartment our family of five stayed in was huge, with an enormous balcony, we had a view of the pool and side view of the sea. The cleaning staff came every other day to top up towels ect. The restaurant food was adequate to good , the catering/waiting staff all worked really hard and we're polite and welcoming. We were half board which includes morning and some evening drinks which we thought was excellent. The sweet spot did some lovely food and was reasonably priced, there was some live music on here a couple of nights ( it's quite loud but didn't bother us). There is no children's entertainment this time of year so you would need to decide if this environment suits you if you have young children. The road train into town was fun and gives you a change of scenery. We visited zoomarine and the benagil caves ( via boat from the local beach) both trips were good fun . There were some restaurants within walking distance ( unfortunately we didn't get the chance to try these). We would love to return one day and perhaps hire a car to explore more of the Algarve . If you can cope with steep hills, stairs ( no lift ) enjoy pool and beach days and are willing to travel out of the area to explore, this hotel ticks a lot of boxes for providing a balanced holiday."

"Resort med pool. Ingenting at sige. Vi har booket en lejlighed for 3 personer (selv om vi var i 2) fordi vi havde brug for en lejlighed og var den eneste tilgængelige. Vi har betalt meget lidt, og de har givet os en to-store med 6 seng (minimum), 2 badeværelser, et køkken. På receptionen de har modtaget os og siger, at vi ville være lidt brede, men det var meget mere, end vi forventede. Den eneste, der synder badekarret på første sal var lidt rødt og vi hørte ikke, at vi skulle bade uden en bid. Lidt væk fra centrum, men alligevel meget komfortabel og afslappende som ophold. Jeg ville gerne komme tilbage. Vi har ikke taget billeder, men vi har videoen fra lejligheden. Her har vi mulighed for kun at tage billeder her vi har lavet skærme fra videoen."

"Fantastic small boutique hotel just five minutes walk from the beach. Really relaxed vibe, extremely peaceful, and great service. Also, breakfast is excellent, and the pool very picturesque and refreshing in the Algarve heat - never was unable to get a sunbed."

"Currently having a five day stay here. Hotel is clean and peaceful. Small manned reception reasonable if limited breakfast and a pool bar and nighttime restaurant. The latter is very nice. Rooms basic. Comfortable beds but the room layout was awful. Kitchen area to the front bed crammed into an enclosed space at the back with a bathroom literally on top of one side of the bed. Made it impossible to go to the bathroom without waking partner up. We were in an eco studio which was on a low level st the back of the hotel. All in all hotel did its job and we had no complaints"

"Advantages: 1. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the town center 2. Free parking Disadvantages: 1. The housekeeping staff was rude. We took the initiative to greet them, but they responded coldly and had hostility in their eyes 2. The room was relatively small 3. The breakfast was relatively simple 4. The overall decoration was simple and did not match the four-star hotel at all 5. The room was very remote. After getting out of the elevator on the floor, it took 1 and a half minutes to get to the room after walking and running Important point: We found that we forgot the charger of the laptop in the room 3 hours after checking out. We called the hotel immediately. The hotel said that they would reply to us after verification. I waited for 3 days and did not receive a call from the hotel. Here I would like to thank Ctrip customer service. They made more than a dozen calls a day to urge me to implement it, and finally waited for the hotel to confirm the reply. If it were not for Ctrip, I would not want to give 4 points."
