"Jeg havde et godt ophold på Signahotel i Laax. Og vi var meget venlige og velkommen, da vi checkede ind. Personalet var opmærksomt, hjælpsomt og altid veluddannet under hele opholdet. Værelset var meget rent, moderne indrettet og havde en fantastisk udsigt over bjergene. Særlig behagelig atmosfære var i hotellet, perfekt til at slukke efter en aktiv dag i naturen. Frugt var varieret og af høj kvalitet, med friske regionale produkter. Også wellness-området har overbevist, ren, vedligeholdt og ideel til afslapning. Situationen er også top, tæt på minebanerne og alligevel stille. Vi kommer sikkert tilbage og kan anbefale hotellet yderligere."

"We had a very nice two night visit at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting various hikes and restaurants in the area. With the Guest card we could take public transport in Flims/Laax for free and got sizeable discounts for entry fees, for example at the Caumasee. We didn‘t eat at the hotel restaurant but did take advantage of the Coop Pronto for breakfast items and easy dinners. The rooms are quite well-equipped for cooking. Our room was clean and quiet, in spite of the proximity to the traffic circle. Wellness is clean, well-organized and hss s varied offering. The only negative was the weird mattresses in the sauna rest area instead of the usual reclining chairs. When we arrived there was a couple embracing on one of the mattresses, and we felt uncomfortable going in. Can highly recommend this property."

"The location is great, minutes from ski lifts. The atmosphere was friendly and calm, the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very simple and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable- and the pillows and duvets were so soft & cozy! It was a very quiet area, inside and out. There was free wifi available, but I believe because of where our room was, we could not access it. However, on the lower floors it was connected. The value was good, compared to other hotel rooms in the area. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding-- very traditional Swiss fare, cheeses, meats, fresh bread, boiled eggs, yogurt. The connected restaurant Buna Luna was excellent; we had supper and breakfast there."

"There used to be a small playground and an area with stones that was attractive for small kids to play. Both are gone and have been replaced by something uninspiring. What are families with small kids supposed to do while older kids are in ski school? The only options are to leave the rocks resort. That and the fact that the Laax skiing area doesn't offer a family ticket (so that parents can swap duties and fun easily) drive us to try another area next year."

"Vi har været til ski i Laax i mange år og bor hver gang i Laaxgården. Værelserne er meget rene, hyggeligt indrettet og har nok plads. Hvert værelse har en balkon. Der er en kasse, en minibar og gratis WiFi. Servicen er fremragende. Vi har et smukt bord på vinduet hver aften i restauranten. En 4-G-kant menu er almindelig og der er buffet to gange om ugen. Fruebuffet giver ikke mulighed for at ønske. En kokke laver æg friske og smagsfuldt. Hallenbadet er enormt og det nyligt nyudformede wellnessområde er fremragende. Du behøver hverken bil eller skibus, fordi elevatoren ligger lige bag hotellet."

"Very nice place for family holiday. Restaurant Nani’s is good, facilities are great and modern, really enjoyed the pool and the time slot for kids, complemented by the Spa. Location is good, Coop pronto in front very useful, shuttle every 5min to the slops. We are a family of 4 with two boys 6 and 8, and can only recommend this place. A bit expensive but you have it back."

"Vi var gæster i en bryllupsgruppe. Jeg vil gerne rose personalet mest. Fra værelsespige til receptionen - alle vores ønsker (anden kiss, nye håndklæder ...) blev udført med et smil. Jeg var særlig glad for, at der var en cappuccino med havremælk. Og værelset var ekstremt ren og meget smuk (moderne stil). Gratis adgang til den indre pool blev værdsat ligesom solterrassen og billardbordet. - Tak til hele holdet."

"Super disappointing weekend in Rocksresort. Family given Apartment C105, first floor, directly above the nightclub. Both nights DJ Nights made sure the building was shaking until 2am. No sleep. Felt like being next to a jackhammer. Plus we had to expose our kids to drunks and **** every time we accessed the building. Moreover, a big bar outside the door with open air sound system made sure there wasn’t any quiet time in the afternoon into early evenings. Management and reception clearly lost their minds. This is NOT what families want, and I suspect many other people as well. What felt like an interesting destination over the last years has clearly degraded into downward spiral."

"Min udvidede familie opholdt sig i en uge i december/januar, og vi var alle enige om, at det var et af de bedste hoteller, vi havde opholdt os i årevis.Positionen var fremragende, ikke kun for skiløbere blandt os, men også for vandrere. Værelserne var ubevægelige, meget behagelige på alle måder, mad var helt fremragende i hele uge- men det, der virkelig gjorde vores uge så speciel, var kvaliteten af personalet.De var alle så effektive og alle var så charmerende og venlige. De gav os et privat spisestue og kiggede efter alle 15 af os (9 voksne og 6 børn) så smukt - med særlig opmærksomhed var vores tjener Viktoria fra Ungarn!Det var alle en dejlig oplevelse, og jeg vil grundigt anbefale dette vidunderlige hotel."
