"The staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long. Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests."

"place was decent for the promo price. however, the front desk lady made comments about me traveling alone and staying in a room for 4 pax. she also suggested for me to “bring home” companies instead. the comment was rather unnecessary and it made me uncomfortable. some parts of the hotel floors were always wet and i have not seen one staff wiping them dry or putting a wet floor sign."
