"Friendly staff, nice rooms and cosy bar area. Some parts are just a little tired.... The seats in the bar are not comfortable! It's convenient to eat in their restaurant, but actually the food was fairly average. The ingredients used were perhaps not quite top quality and it was obvious that some of the veggies had been cooked previously and reheated rather than prepared fresh. However, most of the staff were very attentive and the proximity to the slopes and town centre is fantastic. You can literally ski to the hotel door! Overall a good place to stay and we would go again."

"The food is what makes this hotel stand out. Absolutely fantastic and you will never feel hungry. Rooms were a fair size and beds were comfortable. Cleaned daily. A shame there is only one lift. Can be a long wait for top floors so be prepared for lots of climbing stairs after a long day on the slopes. All inclusive element is fantastic with a large variety of drinks included "

"Hôtel was nice and in a good location especially if you enjoy having a short walk in to the town (approx 8minutes). Facilities ok, no fresh drinking water available in the rooms or any mini bar contents (mini bar was there, just empty). But room and bathrooms were nice. Reception staff not very accommodating or forthcoming with assistance- when asking if someone would be able to help bring our suitcases down (we have 3 young children so had a lot of stuff) there was a sense of reluctance. Bar staff were also not very attentive- we waited 20 minutes for a drinks order to be taken after being told not to order at the bar and someone would come over- not sure if this was because they were busy with the large conference group. Overall hotel nice and lovely location but feel the staff could do with some client focused training. "

"A friendly hotel in a great location in the centre of the resort close to the lifts and bars & restaurants. The hotel itself is a little tired and in need of a refurb. The bar/restaurant area was lively but lacks any charm. Our room was on the small side but the bathroom was new and clean. The sauna area in the hotel basement was quite basic. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and overall the hotel is value for money but if you want a little more finesse then look elsewhere."

"Beautiful hotel/chalet, in full snow this would be amazing as you are on the slopes and a lift is within a short walk. It's in a pretty location. Lovely, clean rooms. We had room 5 which slept 3 people and was a bit of a squash with our luggage too but we managed, the balcony gave us extra space which was great, room 5 has a shower.. Room 4 was bigger with a larger bathroom and seperate toilet. We were able to use the jacuzzi and sauna but as previous comments, the pool was out of use. On arrival we were told our room wasn't ready until 4pm, we arrived at 2pm and after an hour we were allowed to our room. We had a couple of drinks in the bar and chat to one of our hosts, who was helpful about where we could snowboard and ski. The downside to this chalet is the bus service which finishes running from the village to the chalet by 6pm, taxis are difficult to get, we ended up hitching a lift, which seems the norm here and driving. The chalet serves breakfast and evening meals at an extra cost, we didn't eat in as some of our party are picky eaters."

"Jeg besøgte på en skitur med mine to sønner og gentog de andre positive anmeldelser.For at håndtere dine forventninger, overveje antallet af stjerner, der er blevet tildelt boligen, og den relative pris sammenlignet med andre boliger i landsbyen og regionen. Med al den tanke, ville jeg betragte min ophold som fremragende.Værelset var komfortabelt og funktionelt. Da vi var den eneste engelske familie på stedet, fik alle personalet os til at føle os meget velkommen og slappe af med deres positive og venlige engagement. Fra et halvt bordbasis var buffetmad en god standard med tilstrækkelig sort til at passe os alle - børnene var 18 og 20-årige og klager overhovedet ikke. Receptionspersonalet var til rådighed og nyttigt, og barområdet var behageligt og komfortabelt, velforvaltet af venligt personale. Gearlagring til skidåkning var mere end tilstrækkelig, og stedet passede os, som en kort bustur til Balme skilifterne og lidt længere til landsbyens centrum, i et stille område.Jeg ville bestemt overveje en tilbagerejse og anbefale andre."

"Just returned home from a great five night stay in this lovely hotel. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed being able to ski from the hotel down to the Beauregard gondola and back via the poma outside the hotel. One day we were even able to ski back to the locker room door after a sizeable fall of snow! Enjoyed our ample breakfasts and delicious, more than ample, dinners. The one criticism would be the unsightly mould in the grout over the bath."

"Great stay, the hotel has everything you need in a basic way. Food good. Boot room is a good size, no boot warmers. Bar is a good size, though very hot! We had a mezzanine family room, it was a great size for 4 of us, it would have been great if more had been made of the mezzanine landing space, more coat hooks/coffee tea station. Ski hotel rooms never have enough coat hooks! Bit of a walk to the lifts. Overall a good stay, very clean. "

" Free secure parking, it is not the case, maybe safe parking for 6 cars, then it is everyone for themselves. I should have known when we checked in, we were told we could park wherever we wanted once we didn't obstruct anyone, I now understand since the safe parking is very restricted. Cars parked everywhere. I had to park out on the street the first night, having had to manoeuvre my car for five minutes to get it out of the parking lot, since some bumwipe parked opposite the exit. The Distance from Annecy is inaccurate, since it is 8 KMs further than the site claims, plus it is close to an hour in summer traffic! Wifi is poor at best, only 9mb, that is not fast Internet (as advertised) in 2023! The bar was hardly ever staffed, I went 3 times for a drink, nobody around. Not at all what we expected."

Sauna is a bonus - just make sure you book it in advance. Ski locker room. We were half board. Breakfast simple but adequate. 3 course Evening meal very good. Choices for each course. Staff all very friendly."
